I went here the other day it was alright. Not nasty like some past reviews. A lot of chicken options. Crab legs if you could get them, were pretty good. They didn’t keep them stocked so when they did come out people were like vultures. One lady came up with a huge bowl when they brought them out. If I didn’t get there at the same time she would have dumped the whole pan in it. The spinach dish was never filled the whole time I was there. The egg rolls weren’t good. Wontons were. Most of the chicken dishes were good. I’d go back.

Gross, Dirty, and smelly. It makes me sick just sitting in this place. Carpet smells. The bathroom is beyond disgusting. The place should be condemned.

Absolutely awful place to eat, if you look past the steam coming from the food islands, you’ll see how garbage of a place this is.

Ate here a few days ago and used my credit card to pay. . Chase band called today to tell me someone tried to use my card in Flushing NY, but they declined it. Flushing NY is Chinatown… Beware using your credit cards here.

Decent variety of food. Sometimes it’s not cooked right. I haven’t gotten sick but I’ve stopped eating and left when I’ve found red chicken under the breading. My boyfriend rarely gets anything at all to eat there at all other than the plain chicken with sweet and sour sauce and most of the time he doesn’t eat all of it because he says it tastes weird. Service isn’t anything special. The girls always forget to bring me my chopsticks when I ask for them with my drinks. The only reason why I come here is because there isn’t another buffet that’s close to me now that Sunshine buffet closed. Sunshine was the best, I would never eat here if they were still open. Preggo rating 2 out of 5.

Staff are borderline rude. Restroom was NASTY. $ 6.99 for lunch. Terrible selection. Did have a couple good sushi items. Air was very humid and table was sticky. Not the absolute worst… but will not return.

When the place opened a few years ago, it was the only Chinese buffet I was willing to eat at. Now, it has really declined. The restaurant and restrooms are dirty. The wonton soup tasted like dirty mop water. The prices also went up. This place went downhill.

We have eaten here several times. The staff is always ready to make refills or fresh portions for any dishes on the buffet. The price is very reasonable and they even offer a discount for senior citizens. They have a fairly wide selection of the usual dishes found at most chinese buffets. The buffet is open until 10PM every night. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good reasonably priced meal in the Niles Ohio area.

I’ll be lucky not to get food poisoning here! Even the fortune cookies are stale! Run away!

Meh. Very rude staff, starting with the guy that seats you. Food is average at best. I know that Chinese is very subjective but this just is blah in almost every respect. «Sushi» is gross, most food is cold and you can almost taste the freezer burn on the egg rolls. Sadly, there is no good Chinese in the area that I’ve experienced. The staff needs to attend some classes on not being so miserable. There are hard boiled eggs on the dessert table! What in the ACTUAL fu$$k ?!! Also, they weren’t serving Texas Toast the day we went which is the only damned reason we went. That women is a liar ! :)

One of the better Chinese buffets in the area. Good location, located in front of the Eastwood Mall. Has a good selection of items. Typical things you’d find on a Chinese buffet. However I wish they had crab legs, and a bigger sushi selection. Food has always been warm, and kept full. I’m not a huge fan of buffets period, but Chinese I love. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

I used to like this restaurant. There food used to be okay. Their service used to be regular but the place from inside looks warm. As time passing their food start to taste weird(I guess they changed their chef). Their food is not cooked that well The service is by far the worst i ever seen. Last time I went to this restaurant I saw the manager over their fighting with customers, yelling at customers. I was really shocked to see a manager yelling at a young mom and her daughter because the complained about a hair they saw on the food(regardless of the hair), his behavior was terrible offending that mom. He told her this is from vegetable and not an actual hair(again I am not concerned about the hair as much as how he yelled and scolded her). The woman kept silent and told her«you are not going to eat ?» she said I am fine and the next thing that manager asked one of the workers to give her the check. It was 10 minuets later when the manager start yelling at senior woman(she wasn’t near me) so I am not sure what the fight was about. From the part I heard I guess she was telling him to either separate the bill(she was with another senior woman) or asking to correct a mistake. The guy get angry at her and get with the workers after that in the middle of restaurant and all of them start to talk loudly in Chinese. My advice, a restaurant where people yell at you is certainly not a place where you should eat. This is by far the worst place i been in for the last few years. I may forget the mention the workers over there are as rude as their manager

Went to town to do Christmas shopping and asked someone where we could eat Chinese food and was directed here. I like the convenience of it being nearby, however, I can only say that the food was okay. Nothing outstanding that stood out in my mind. The chicken was okay and there were various styles, such as teriyaki, orange, chicken and mushrooms. The price was very reasonable for lunch($ 6.49 I believe). Based on what I experienced at lunch, I do not believe I will be back for dinner(after 5) and spend over $ 9 for a buffet.
