This place doesn’t even deserve one star. My grandson received balloons for his birthday. To say they looked «tired» would be a compliment. By the next day the helium balloons were laying on the floor. When first delivered, I chased after the delivery guy to say the balloons looked several days old and he said he watched someone blow them up. When I called the shop, the guy was not pleasant and said the balloons were not blown up there which is a direct contradiction to what the delivery person said. He wouldn’t let me talk, just kept right on speaking his his broken accent and was not very nice. I ended up screaming at him and hanging up the phone. Please don’t use this floral shop. They certainly are not customer friendly.

Thank you for the horrible experience… The flowers I ordered for my sister’s birthday were delivered late to the business address, they offered to deliver to the residential address the same day. They called me but left no message. I had to call them to have them tell me the flowers wouldn’t be delivered until the next day. What kind of service is this? What is the point of ordering flowers to a person’s work to make a statement just to have them delivered late for a birthday? They said they would upgrade the bouquet and add chocolates (I originally ordered the middle option) but when they were delivered, the arrangement looked like it had been DOWNGRADED in size. Not only was it smaller but the flowers ordered were roses and gerbera daises. What she received were baby roses, carnations, and some other cheap looking flowers. Thank you for the hassle, embarrassment, and insults while ordering this birthday bouquet. Find better florists to work with. I would NOT recommend this company if you want to send a loved one flowers without a hassle!
