Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented an economy car at this location with the Weekend Special promotion, which participating Enterprise locations offer.
The rate ($ 9.99 per day, before tax and insurance, up to 100 miles a day, for an economy car) was great.
The car assigned to me was 2015 Ford Focus. It was well cleaned and maitained, easy to drive and economical on gas.
The employees I met there were thorough and efficient, friendly and polite.
I will definitely come back to this business.

This place was absolutely horrible. I’m not one to post bad reviews but I was just so taken aback by this experience that I could not stop myself.
My friend and I had a reservation set for noon and showed up to the rental office only to find it empty! The sign posted on the sliding door indicated that a lunch break is set for 1pm.
Since this place is located in the service center area of a dealership we were able to find someone else to try and locate the person working at the rental place. Half an hour later the guy shows up and without even apologizing sits down and starts pulling up our reservation. So I’m guessing he knew we were supposed to come pick a car up, but decided not to stick around for us?
After the paperwork was done he went to bring the car up front and said he needs to quickly vacuum it and that he was fueling up the car while we waited for him in his disgustingly dirty office (see attached images). Interestingly so, the gas tank was not full and when my friend pointed that out he stated how it’s common practice for them to fill up half a tank. This isn’t the first time I’ve used a rental service but it definitely is the first time I’m hearing about this custom. Besides, isn’t cleaning the car supposed to be done prior to the pickup time indicated on a customer’s reservation? 45 minutes later we were ready to leave. Will not return to this business.

This Enterprise within the Golf Mill Ford dealership is a hidden treasure! They respect the commitment of the Ford customers, and don’t ever give you the run around! I worked with Brandon on my past need, and he was nothing but a pleasure to work with! He went above and beyond, contacted me to see if I had any issues, concerns or feedback, and truly cared about my experience! I already have my next rental booked through him, and I have found my Enterprise «home»!!! Thanks Brandon and Enterprise!
