After about a year and a half of avoiding this place due to bad attitude from the employees, I went in to order a pizza the night before Labor Day. It was about 8:45 PM and they advertise that they are open until 10:00 PM.
I walk in and the girl tells me «We’re closing right now», I said «Aren’t you open ’till 10?» She says «We’re closing early because TOMMOROW is the Labor Day holiday»???WTF!!!
YEH, TOMMOROW IS THE HOLIDAY– NOT TONIGHT!!!
So a week later I tried calling in an order at 9 PM and the girl tells me «We’re closing right now.»
I say «Aren’t you open ’till 10?», she says «We’re closing now».
If the owner is aware of this behavior, then he just doesn’t give a damn about his customers and his own business. If the owner isn’t aware, then he needs to open his eyes and see the damage his employees are doing to him!!!

Best pizza in Niles and probably the surrounding area. Closest to New York style in the area, very well done and pretty quick delivery!

By far The best Pizza in Niles.
Perfect crust and the sauce is great. Love the Mozzarella they use. I discovered the ring banana peppers and have it on all my pizza.
We just live down the street and pick up instead of delivery.
I find the staff to be knowledgeable and always get my order just a I want it.
