Honestly the worst Old navy I have ever been to. The slowest service with one person ringing the register. The floor is messy as hell and it is overall a bad shopping experience.

Always messy, the service is the worst tho! So slow and nobody has no idea what is going on. Last time I was there I stood in line for 15 minutes because they had one person running the register who couldn’t even work it. This place is a joke

This old navy is great for bathing suits, such a giant selection! But other than that, it’s honestly not really worth the trip.

I grew up in glenview and the old navy used to be off dempster, it was awesome. had everything you needed. same with the one that was in Randhurst. Anyway, not sure if the demographic or style changed but the amount of kahkis this place has is nothing. I remember the huge walls of kahkis, every color style and size you needed, where as this trip was difficult and involved much more searching and disappointment when they didnt have stuff. you have made me sad old navy :(

This Old Navy is not near my house, but I am willing to travel! The Old navy close to me has no selection and bad service. This Old navy has a HUGE selection of everything. I love the weekend before Memorial Day for the $ 1 flip flop sale, and having to buy shoes for three kids this is the best bargain in town! Different color flip flops to go with every outfit!
I also love in the summertime with mix match tops and shorts AWESOME! Then in winter OLD NAVY FLEECE TIME!!! If you wait until the right time you get them for the whole family at a great price!!!
I always have a good experience here and the staff is super helpful.

This is a nice, low-key Old Navy located in a non yuppie neighborhood. Friendly people work here who will come up and hand you a coupon or two. If you like Old Navy clothes but want to avoid hordes of screaming yuppies and their kids, then visit Niles and check out this store.
