Pizza Hut

Not bad for a pizza hut. I just had the lunch buffet here but not bad. It’s a small line though, even though it gets replenished quickly, it’s still lacking. I’m used to salad bars on the buffet, not brought by the server. My boyfriend didn’t eat his because he doesn’t eat most of the veggies that were on there.

Delivery service definitely needs some work– twice when we ordered online the pizza did not arrive when we scheduled it too. I ordered a pizza for eight when I was expecting company, Pizza delivery man was ringing my phone off the hook at 20 till and delivered already cold food before my company even arrived. I let it go that evening, called the next day and couldn’t even find somebody to complain too
Food is often a hit/​miss when you pick up. Delivered food is always cold. Avoid the chicken wings. They’re gross– ordering online seems to be the only way you can apply coupons.

This Pizza Hut has lost my business. Ill drive to East Market. After sending a pizza out wrong they sent a replacement pizza out wrong again. They gave us a credit but when we called to use it they want to charge us a delivery fee. Seriously?

Literally fuck Niles Pizza Hut and the manager «Brian». Loyal customer who orders delivery and eats in all the time. I now have a new number and my order is after 8 so I «have» to pay with a debit card… don’t use debit cards. Have gotten deliveries at this address 4+ times the past month, know several people who work there… give him my old number and get hassled. This is 30 minutes after I ordered and had already spoke to him once because I didn’t get my discount that was the only reason I ordered in the first place. Then gets loud with me and tells me to order from somewhere else because he can’t take a customer swearing at him. Fuck you. Lost a solid customer. Plus a complaint straight to corporate.

Yep, another way to have OK pizza at a great price. I actually had a dream about a pepperoni pizza so my wife ordered it the next day.
The Hut currently has some deal for any size, any crust, 4-​topping pizza for 10 bucks. Something along those lines anyway. We ordered a pepperoni lovers and an Ohio’s Best. The kids ate all but one slice of the roni, so at least I got one I guess. As I mentioned in a previous review for a different location, I find their sauce to be a bit on the salty side. It sometimes gives me heartburn.
Ohio’s Best is not on the menu but they have it (locally anyway). It’s a pie with sausage, black olives, red onions, green peppers, mushrooms and cheese. I think that’s all of the toppings. Anyway, I love this pizza but for some reason it wasn’t as good as I remember from years past. Slight let down but still OK.
Overall, not a bad place to hit for the price but there are much better options in the area.
