Rosati’s Pizza

This Rosati’s location displayed deplorable customer service. We ordered a large pizza and mozzarella sticks. Upon delivery, we only received the pizza. The delivery man said he would return with the mozzarella sticks in 20 minutes. We contacted the manager whom said that they would send the sticks and credit us $ 10 for our inconvenience. 30 minutes later, the sticks did not come. We called and spoke to the manager again who said he was never going to send the sticks and instead just give us a $ 10 credit (which in fact would only be a $ 5 credit since we paid for the mozzarella and did not receive them.) We said we needed a new pizza and the sticks as soon as possible, as we had guests and children waiting for the mozzarella (which is the only thing one child ate.) The manager said that was not going to happen unless we pay again. He was rude, dismissive, unapologetic, and displayed horrible customer service. We were loyal Rosati’s customers, from Roselle to Texas when we moved there last year. The pizzas are great, but we will not be returning customers due to this experience. If franchise owners are this unaccommodating and apologetic for their own mistakes, this is not a company that I will contribute to. I will be taking my business to Lou Malnati’s, where all restaurants and carry-​outs consistently display fabulous customer service.

Thank God they opened up long time ago but I have to say something opening up the pizza has been dry for a long time I am not working in Mount Prospect I rather takes Salerno’s Pizza Salerno’s Pizza over this but do like the Chicago-​style pizza and I do like the thin small cheese only I don’t like toppings at all Nobody Does. Plus the other Chicago-​style pizza they’re not good at all but at least I like does thin crust pizza but the next day is another problem a couple of minutes you leave it out is so dry you put the fridge text to you take it out put in the microwave it feels like a rock you’re eating

If there is another Rosattis anywhere near by you might get better pizza there. Just my opinion, not very tasty, pretty cheaply made and overpriced.

There food Is amazing. Try there garlic bread with cheese! The delivery is the fastest I’ve ever seen.

So, chain pizza… not sure how authentic it is, but it didn’t strike me much as that. Thin crust pepperoni was the best of the lot, but not much of a wow factor. Deep dish was more like a pan pizza and mostly then like a very large piece of bread. Frankly, the saving grace here was their not-​too-​bad attempt at a giardinieria. Had that not been here, this would have been sub-​3, but as it was, they can have the push. Probably won’t find a reason to ever get this again, but it is apart from the other chains, though not necessarily overwhelmingly better… aside from the giardiniera…

This is the second time we’ve ordered from this location in the last three weeks. We have been very happy with the fries, the mozzarella sticks, and the pizza.
The only problem we’ve had this time and last time was that our pasta didn’t come with «garlic bread». It came with plain white bread, which was disappointing. Other than than the fact that they forget to include garlic bread with their pasta, we are satisfied.

Food is good but guy on phone can’t speak English and prices are crazy high compared to other pizza places will not use any more

Pizza here is hit or miss mostly miss though. We frequent this place via grubhub and eat24. We tried the chicken Parmesan with meatballs and ordered a 16 inch thin crust pizza. Pizza was decent and can sometimes be very good. Not this time and not the several times prior. The lasagna and coleslaw was the most disgusting items I’ve seen. You could tell it was microwaved and old masked with 3 layers of cheese to mask the moldy smell of the red sauce. This was not edible we immediately threw it out. We called the restaurant and the manager offered us a coupon for a future visit and suggested next time we should only order the pizza. I have tried many other Rosatis none of which had the lack of quality like this dump. Plenty of quality pizza places in town will skip this place moving forward.

I’d like to give it more stars but for some odd reason my thin crust pizza was loaded with pepper. After the second slice it seemed like the pepper flavor magnified itself. It was almost as if the pepper was the only spice that had any flavor to it.

Making the lettuce nice and warm. Mmmmmm. He brought the wrong soda and when I asked him about it he grunted and shrugged his soda. He went to his car to get another bottle of the wrong soda. Never said a word. I am pretty sure he did not speak English. Pizza was OK. Nothing special and surely not worth the rest of the experience.

and when the delivery driver came, he had no clue that I had paid. after arguing with him, i was forced to pay cash. he tossed the change at me rudely. I figured worst comes to worst i can just dispute the charge with my bank… I ended up getting it sorted out. but be careful when you order online from them!

I got here at 5. All we ordered was two orders of fried ravioli and poppers. We were waiting for a half hour. Every 5 minutes the guy would tell us it’s almost ready and that it would only be 2 more minutes. He said that about 5 times. We didn’t order much. IT SHOULDNT HAVE TAKEN SO LONG.

After getting home last night after 3 weeks on Vaca, my wife & I were going to go to the Summer Fun at Des Plaines, when the weather changed and we decided to stay home after all. We decided to oreder a pizza and decided on Rosatti’s onm Milwaukee in Niles. It was my favorite when growing up. It had been closed and remodeled of the years and I have not had a pizza from there in years. We ordered a 14″ with sausage, Pepperoni. mushrom & Onion with No Cheese (I’m Lactose Intolerant Badly). The order taker told us it would be about 45 mins. To our surprise the pie got to us in about 20 mins !!!, Wow!!. The pie was great! I truly reccomend Rosati’s in Niles for your next order. The PIzza had a satifying amount of Sausage, Pepperoni, Mushroom & onion and had a lot of sauce too.
Great food and great delivery too. You can’t neat that the combo. No Buckinghams at Des Plaines but satisfied when stuck staying in an ordering Rosati’s.

Place has reopened as of 12÷26÷12 since it had a fire a year ago.

It sure isn’t anything spectacular, but I’ve ordered many pizzas from here and they have been consistently good. Never had any problems and the delivery is fast.
There are better, but more expensive options in the area (JD Kadds!) but you get what you pay for.

Oh, how I miss Rosati’s. This is the pizza I grew up on. I’ve moved away and tried other Rosati’s, but they just aren’t the same.
Nothing fancy, just carryout or delivery of pure, gooey, goodness.

The pizza is always good but I love the baked mostociolli and the Cheef. A mozzarella cheezy Italian beef sandwich.
I’ve been to several Rosati’s and I think that this one is the best.

While I agree this is the worst Rosati’s I’ve ever been too… it does not suck dick. (that may give it an extra star or two).
It went down hill. But it was not a steep hill to go down. I remember I worked there when I was 14… paid under the table.
It was not very clean, the cheese, pepperoni, sausage… and so forth sat on a counter so it was not kept in a fridge all the time (put in fridge at night from what I remember).
The calzones are deep fried.
