I drive a half hour each way to take Nicole’s yoga classes. She is that good! Anyone looking for world class yoga instruction in South Bend/​Mishawaka/​Niles/​Granger should look no further. My only complaint is that she doesn’t teach MORE! Or clone herself!

Great Barre class! Gym is clean, great music and the price is great. I stumbled upon SLR while visiting family in the area. The teacher/​owner is very friendly and motivating! The studio is very welcoming with cubbies for shoes and purses, and I love the grey wall color!

Awesome yoga classes great space! Beautiful studio with lots of props and great classes. Nice hardwood floors and great lighting. I would recommend this studio to anyone who is wanting to learn more about yoga.
