I dropped my drink right outside the door this morning and it broke all over the ground — I brought it back inside and they made me a new one without me even asking. Best customer service ever! Plus the baristas working there were super nice and funny.

we came in right as they were serving and the 3 there took such great care of us. really sweet guys. didnt underfill or get the order wrong in the least. they didnt have to serve us, but they did anyway. fantastic customer service. Will go again!

This location is repeatedly a disappointment. They are unorganized inside and in the drive-thru and don’t know the words«thank you.» The drive-thru line takes FOREVER. I had the most watered-down passion tea lemonade yesterday after 15 minutes in line, and there’s never any mention or thanks for waiting … almost like it’s a given. Inside it not much better … lots of employees tripping over one another. Management needs to step in or be replaced, but it’s been like this for some time, so I doubt anything will change anytime soon.

I never thought I’d be waiting over 20 minutes for a cup of coffee… but I sure did when I went to their drive-thru. Oh, did I mention I pre-ordered my drink through the Starbucks app? Well, I did. As it seemed to happen every single time, I decided to go inside instead. There were no other customers. I went straight to the pick-up area and asked for my drink(which I was already late to pick-up). Guess what? They haven’t even started making it yet! I was stunned. What’s worse is none of them seemed the least bit apologetic about it. I even felt like I was bothering them considering how long the drive-thru line was. Another observation was how sloooow everyone behind the bar was moving, with absolutely no sense of urgency despite the number of cars waiting outside. I seriously would like to know who’s running this place because s/he needs to get fired.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. They have consistently gotten my drink order wrong at least 5 times. This is of course after they repeat my drink order back to me correctly and yet still somehow make it wrong. There are a handful of friendly employees here but most mornings I get the crabbiest woman I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering at a Starbucks. No smile, no good morning. She generally looks like she hates her life working there. Inside location is clean and the line inside does seem to be much better then trying to wait in the drive thru line and inevitably get your drink wrong. I’d choose another Starbucks any day except this is the only one on my way to work.

Slowest Starbucks ever, staff is not the friendliest. They should go to one of the downtown locations to train how to service a large amount of people fairly quickly. They also get orders wrong a lot and then try to blame you for their mistake. I have witnessed their manager yelling at staff, which can be very uncomfortable for clients. The drive thru usually takes around 20 minutes, same on the inside. I’m standing here now waiting for my drink and they’ve gotten 3 orders wrong already. Obviously I have lots of time to write this review because I’m still waiting. Unilocal doesn’t want me to post this review until I writ some more stuff so here I go… like I said… slow service rude workers and manager

This is the Slowest Starbucks that I have ever been to. About a 10 – 15 minute wait to get coffee this morning. There is always a long wait here on the weekends. I’ll never go back.

Very busy drive thru but the employees are always smiling. Valerie and Jason helped me out this week with all my questions around the Starbucks app and Valerie even explained all about mobile ordering and showed me how to use it. Store could use more seating though seemed to not have enough chairs

Worst Starbucks location ever. They consistently get orders wrong. The last time I was there(and now legitimately the last time I will ever go there), they took our order, we paid, and they just never made the drinks until I had to ask about the status of our order 15 minutes later. So they give us 2 coupons for free drinks — which expired a year prior to that. Luckily the Park Ridge location made an exception for me and saved me the embarrassment of getting turned away with expired coupons. This location is not worth the time visiting. Go a little further down Touhy to the location inside Target or head to the Park Ridge store.

This was a fairly clean standard olé Starbucks but it is so small for the demand! I came in to sit with a friend and have a coffee. Two of the tops ten tables(I’m pretty sure they had less) were missing chairs and it was super crowded. I felt sorry for the baristas as it looked like they had a lot of work on their hands. I’d go here again if I wanted a coffee to go, but it’s not a Starbucks that’s big enough or study friendly. Great service though!

I never recommend using the drive thru at Starbucks locations because you can get in & out if you walk in. The drive thru line wrapped around the store so we walked right up to the counter inside, got several drinks to-go, and were on our way in under 10 min. Service was great and the store was clean and kept well. I’m just not a fan of the drive thru window unless it’s McDonalds. They got it down.

I stopped here on Wed Sept 15, 2015. I ordered a venti pumpkin spice. I pull upto the drive thru and she hands me a grande pumpkin spice. I say this isn’t what I ordered, and she tells me it is what I ordered. I tried to explain that I ordered a venti, and she didn’t get it!!! I get it, and with two screw ups in two weeks. I would not recommend this store to anybody. The drive thru is slow, the turn over at this store is non stop and the service just sucks. When you charge us almost 6 dollars for a coffee, you can at least make it correct. Plus, when there is a problem, don’t tell me this is what I ordered. It is sad when the customer knows the correct size of a drink, and your staff does not!!! Worst star bucks drive thru, wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!

Stopped by early morning(5:15) on August 10th, looking for a caffeine fix before a long drive. Very disappointed to see the store closed, waited a good 5 – 10 minutes, just in case they were running a little late, by 5:25 the store was still closed with employees waiting outside.

OMG one of the slowesttt Starbucks ever! Went there in the morning probably 78 people are working and long line waiting. If you go there in the morning you better make 10 – 20 min for the wait. And traffic there is just amazes me. Big lot yet so hard to find parking.

Super busy location which means super slow service. Eight people were working on a Wednesday morning and it took 10 minutes to make my frappachino… I went in thinking it would be faster. Two customers who came in after me got their frappachinos first. It didn’t make any sense. When I asked why the barista says«I don’t know» and when back to making coffee. So needless to say I purposely will choose other Starbucks to give my money to. Not this one!

There’s a drive thru but it looked too long/slow so I decided to walk in to grab my drink. Great layout for«take out». It’s narrow but they’ve got a small bar for you to sit at while you’re waiting for your drink. I barely warmed up the barstool before my drink was ready. The staff is great. Friendly folks manning the registers. And they made my flat white with the appropriately steamed milk. Woohoo!

Convienent location and the drive thru is nice as well, however there always seems to be a line of cars, but the line moves pretty fast. The staff is always friendly and drinks are made to order. If you are not satisifed, the barista will remake your drink until you are satisified.
