Sitting at this dump right now. We arrived here at 7:00 p.m. Placed orders at 7:10 p.m., had to wait 55 mins to get food. Told owner David Avery that we’ve been waiting this long, and he stated, «That’s good«, in a rude sarcastic manner. I said to him that I’ve been in the food business, and for what he makes is taking too long and I didn’t appreciate his sarcasm, as I was the customer. He states, «Ill talk to you however I want. Then he sends the girl behind the counter, who’s supposed to be making subs, to the store to buy pop, which means the counter is helpless. Then the sarcastic owner states that he’ll talk however he wants and it’s his place. Service is horrible, owners attitude sucks, there’s a 2 year old kid running around, and gloves aren’t worn by the only 2 people working there. Its called sanitation people. Why should it take 55MIN for 10 wings, 1 sub, and a 3 egg omelet which we were charged $ 8.00 for. Outrageous. And it sucks… continued:. Approximately 8:25 p.m., as my girlfriend and were leaving, she says to me that she was getting sick. Went to store to get some otc meds and then she threw up. Food made her sick. Now IM pissed! Has the health department inspected the place? If not you need to. Again, no gloves are worn. She better not get food poisoning. And this so called owner, Dave, needs to learn that customer are who keeps you in business. And remember: Word of mouth is your best form of advertising and will also Help close the doors.
