Business on this particular Saturday (2 weeks before Christmas) was particularly brisk, but the three associates seemed to be taking care of it. We wanted to upgrade one of our phones and I’d already done my research, but we told the associate what we were looking for and she directed us to the precise phone we wanted. They had a problem with the register/​computer but the manager got involved and they had us out of there in no time. They were courteous, friendly and professional — that’s the good stuff.
