These guys are always on the ball and very helpful. I go to them about once a week with something for them to pack and send. I have never had an issue with their work.

I don’t think I have ever been more angry at a store… Last year I shipped my bike and a futon to Arizona before I started dental school from the UPS store. After packaging and delivering the items to the store they proceeded to tell me my boxes were insufficient. I had to use another box. I said I had one at home and I would get more things to put inside. When I came back they shipped off everything for $ 500!!! My bike could have flown to AZ and back… When I arrived home I saw they charged me $ 150 for «packaging» my stuff and apparently they used new special boxes. When I called the manger he told me to deal with it. I wish they had been honest from the start about how things would be like the post office across the street. Those guys are the best and who I am sticking with.
