I had spent many hours in this Toys R Us when I lived in Ohio. With two sons, is it any wonder?
In visiting the store again, I have to say itbwas disappointing. The store is majorly rundown. Everything shows wear and it feels unclean. The bathrooms were not up to standards either.
The toy selection was poor. Lots of empty spots and way too much of other things. Collectibles are relegated to a little corner of an aisle. There was nothing that made né say «Hey…», even for a moment. I am a visiting father sp surely I am an easy target! :-)
Prices are high too! I saw the same stuff at Target but cheaper. What is the insensitive to shop at a specialized store that does not have unique inventory or better pricing? This means that memories are the only reason to come back. Very sad.
