Located on the corner of probably the busiest intersection in the area this Walgreens sets itself apart in another way… AWESOMESTAFF!!! The cashier(Superman)always greets you when you come in. And the rest of the staff is really nice and ask you if theres anything they can help you with. Really good people here. The place is well laid out and the photo service is excellent. I love that you can find everything here… froom booze to babywipes :) This is my favorite Walgreens and I am glad I work right across the street.

It’s a great place to go when you don’t want to go to Walmart and park far and wait in long lines.(I love Walmart by the way 5 stars).

Simon, the«pharmacist», was unbelievably rude and hung up on me while I was still speaking with him. I was asking about strength on a syrup that they carried, and he repeatedly told me that there was no such thing and it comes in one strength. The doctor’s script will just need to say the name of the drug without a strength. He asked me to spell multiple things for him and kept saying«What?» as if he was annoyed that I was asking. Customer Service would be a negative 5 stars if it was based solely on his performance. EDIT: As someone who frequently calls pharmacies, I was calling on behalf of a doctor that I’ve worked with for 5 years. This is unacceptable.

This review is ONLY for the cashier — Andre’. I wrote about him before, & referred to him as James, a name that was mentioned in the review that’s ‘hidden’(for unknown reason). I went to this Walgreens today only since they were closest to get a greeting card.(I’ve switched to CVS, Lincolnwood for all other things on a regular basis. Really like that store.) Anyway, I had the nice guy again. And now I finally noted his name. When he’s not right in the middle of talking to a customer, he greets you as you walk in. And, when you get up to the cash register, and with a smile(!), he greets you and asks how you are. Andre’, if you find this: How are YOU? Thank you for the smile. They’re so rare these days in customer service, & the only reason I stopped in there.

Stopped in last night. Watched the cosmetics lady take a nail polish off the display, paint her nails and put it back for some sucker to purchase. BEWELL!

Come here if you need something fast. Don’t come here if you’re expecting cheaper prices compared to Walmart which is in the same plaza. Clean and tidy compared to that Walmart.

I liked it… helpful staff and pretty clean and organized. I usually go to the pharmacy here for my needs and the pharmacist is knowledgeable and helpful on my questions on a first aid kit and my moms diabetic needs. Parking is super plentiful and there is also a drive up for the pharmacy. I never really seen this place that busy but it has alot of what one would need.

Always find what I need and there’s always a very friendly cashier working, as people come in he says hello and still is friendly with who he is checking out. Pretty clean and organize. It’s walgreens does the job!

Excellent Customer Service — I was accidently charged for someone else’s order. I swiped my card once and it didn’t go through. I swiped it again and it did. Later that day I noticed I had two charges from them on my card. I called and explained what happened. They looked into it while I was on the phone and credited my account right away without making me come in to the store.
