Bought a new phone at this store, it did not work, kept dropping calls and locking up. Called store to make sure they had a replacement in stock before just showing up.
Told we are not really an AT&T store, and this phone is made by another supplier, so we cannot exchange your phone for a working one (even though it’s only been 2 weeks), you need to drive 40 minutes and wait in line somewhere else. What? That’s like going to WalMart, and being told this product is made in China, you need to go there for a replacement!
Will not be buying anything there again!
