Mettler Maintenance

We first used Mettler Maintenance in August of 2013 and were very happy with the service. Eric and his employee arrived as scheduled and did a very good job washing our windows. When we had the third service from Mettler maintenance, Eric had a new employee who was not as thorough as the first, and the windows that he washed were not quite as clean, and he missed a few every time he cleaned our windows. Eric then began to perform our service himself.
We signed up for the regular maintenance program which meant that we had to have our windows washed every three months to receive special pricing. That charge was $ 175 for exterior washing plus the standard charge for each interior pane and for screens.
In August of 2015, Eric called prior to our service to ask if he could arrive an hour late so that he could take his wife’s car to the shop. I told him that was not a problem.
At our next scheduled service in November, he called the afternoon prior to the service to ask if he could arrive four hours late so that he could pick up his child from school. I told him that I doubted that he could complete the job that time of year when he would not start until 1:00 PM.
The next afternoon I received a call from Eric a few minutes after the scheduled time to tell me that he wanted to reschedule our job. I told him that I had arranged my schedule around this appointment, and had moved items inside the house in preparation for the service, and that I would like to have my windows washed that day.
Eric did arrive, but was sullen. He told me that he probably could not complete the job due to the late start time, and I requested that if he could not do so I would like to have the job completed the next morning. He replied that he could not inconvenience a previously scheduled customer to do so.
Eric did not realize what that response sounded like to a customer. What I heard when he made that statement was that his other customers were important to him but that my business was not important.
I have found another window washer who has excellent reviews and charges the same price that Mettler Maintenance charges.

Mettler Maintenance Window cleaning have been the best we have seen in commercial window cleaning. They are very dilligent in making sure that our family practice looks nice inside and out. !! They are prompt in coming weekly to make sure that our glass doors are free from child finger prints. I would highly recomment them to any commercial business looking to excellent window cleaning.

Eric did a terrific job! We are very pleased with our sparkling clean windows. Eric arrived promptly and finished washing the windows very quickly. We will definitely use Mettler’s again. We highly recommend this service.
