Whittle Fire Protection

I just want to thank Ken and his staff! We were having problems with our fire protection alarm going off. The alarm is located on the outside of our house, about 20′ high, loud enough for neighbors blocks away to hear. I came home on my lunch break and the cops are there and they were mad! We had firemen come and got no advise, I called the Fire Marshal, again no help, we called the company that installed the system and they said they were unavailable for about 5 days. So I start calling the closes Fire Protection business, no answers. Even though Whittle Fire Protection was 15 minutes away, I called them and Ken offered to come as soon as we got off the phone. For just coming out to the site, their rate way more than half the price of the company who installed the system. With all that being said, Ken was able to temporarily quiet the alarm when he arrived and was able to fix the problem within 2 days!
