I placed an online order almost 3 weeks ago and never received it. The website explains that orders should arrive within 10 business days. I have left several emails and 2 voice messages with absolutely no response. The voice recording explains that there has been a family emergency and the physical store is closed at least temporarily for a few months, but that the online store is open for business. I would highly advise not placing an order with this company. It seems that they will take your money although no one is filling your order or returning your messages. Customer service is non-​existent.
