We had really attentive service and great prices on drinks and appetizers. The restaurant is spotless even though it was busy. We will be back often!

I’m not going to lie, I was pretty surprised when this Applebee’s location had such poor reviews! Strange since it’s constantly one of the busiest places in Nixa. I’ve lived here my whole life and would agree they’ve gone through their ups and downs through the years, but over the past 5 I would say consistency and quality are the best they’ve ever been. It’s a chain, so maybe people forget that. We have really great service every time we’re there and dinner is comparable to any other ruby Tuesday or random chain.

I don’t recommend this. If you want to be ignored and pay for subpar service, by all means. The manager even took our order because the only waiter was ignoring us. This was at about 4:30. I sure wouldn’t want to be there in the middle of a dinner rush. Then the manager ignored us also. We weren’t even offered dessert (not that we would have bought it.) We don’t eat out a lot and customer service really makes a dining experience. I think I’m going to call the corporate offices. Sucks! Never again!!!

Food was bad and the staff was horrible. We wouldn’t go back if it was free.
Drinks were always empty. It took a long time to get our food when there were only a couple other people there besides us. Order was wrong and the food was overcooked.

Overall not a very good experience here.
Restaurant seemed clean and staff was friendly. That is about the extent of my positive comments.
Our waitress was nice, but our drinks were empty the majority of the time we were there. My husband and I both ordered different burgers. The burgers themselves were very good, but we each received a small handful of fries… and I mean maybe 10 – 15 fries. When our food came out, we asked for a refill of my tea, and some ketchup. After about 5 minutes we got my refill, but my husband actually had to go and take a bottle of ketchup off a wait stand.
When it came time to pay the bill our drinks were empty, and the waitress did not even ask how our food or experience was.
We will not go back.
