Automated Waste Services

Fair prices and billing seems to be simple. We have used them for about 8 months and are very pleased. Pickup is quick and consistent, even with holidays. They offer extremely affordable curbside recycling which is so convenient.

After leaving one of the larger local garbage companies, I signed up with Automated Waste because that is what my neighbor was using. That was almost 2 years ago. Since that point, even though I have not always been the most prompt at paying my bill they have provided rock solid service. When I did get too far behind on my bill, they left me a courtesy note on my trash bin letting me know that I was about to lose my service. That is really nice when you don’t see much of your mail due to work schedule and family members inconsistently placing it where it can or cannot be found.
Anyway, Automated Waste not only is consistent, but their use of the automated arm on the side of the truck places the garbage bin back on the side of the road so that it is straight and the lid is on. Other companies in the past has somebody load the bin into the back of the truck and then wheel it back off the road… sometimes they leave it looking good, most times they don’t.
Automated Waste allows customers to pay via internet if preferred or with more traditional means. What I have enjoyed is that on trash days I tend to remember to pay the bill as I leave the driveway on my way into work in the morning (6:30ish)…I call them using the number on the side of the bin, a non-​grumpy person gentleman answers the phone and is glad to take my payment using my debit card.
I like them and I plan on keeping them.
