The wife had an appointment, but was kept waiting, as they put other customers ahead of her. She left without having any service done, because she had to get on with her day. Not happy.

Owner does not stand behind his work and wants to charge you twice what others do to fix what should have been fixed from his error! Had car towed to eagle pride as insurance advised and owner started calling me vulgar names and refused to fix.

I’ve been taking my truck here for as long as I’ve lived in Nixa — 7 years.
At first I shopped around (tires, oil change, repairs), but Bob and Larry at Eagle Pride consistently come through with the best prices and service. I don’t even bother to shop around anymore, I just go here.
Another great service they offer is their «pick you up, drop you off» service. I can take my truck in for repairs and they’ll give me a ride back home, then pick me up when it’s done. I’ve even called and had them pick up my truck for an oil change and then bring it back to me when it’s finished. I just call in my debit card number and I don’t even have to leave the house!
It doesn’t get any better than this — quality, reliability, service and good prices.
