I’m not sure what the deal was when I ate here a couple of weeks ago, but just about every thin crust/​regular crust piece of pizza was burnt on the top and extremely dry. I find it puzzling because I’ve had good takeout from this place before. I was greatly disappointed as I was told that this place had a good buffet.
And, why are all of the pieces so small?
The only thing that I found pretty decent was the selection of desserts, which were pretty good.
I drove from Springfield just to eat here, and left feeling a bit hosed. I probably won’t be giving the buffet another try, as they seem to be putting their best efforts into individually purchased pizzas, exclusively.

There comes a time in everyone’s life when they have to take a chance with a food they have had a bad experience with. I hate pizza, don’t ask why you really don’t want to know. Today I decided to give it another try, and OH MY GOD WAS IT A GREAT IDEA!!!
I went to Godfathers Pizza after seeing the rave reviews for everyone of them nearby me. It was delicious, tons of options, great atmosphere, and games for when you get bored of eating their wonderful buffet. I even saw an employee take a little girl back into the arcade to ‘talk to the mean boy’ that was hogging a game and got her a turn. It’s amazing and I am officially a pizza fan, Godfather’s Pizza to be specific.
Try it, you will not be sorry you did!

Had a coupon so went to try the lunch buffet today at Godfather’s. Great selection of pizza and desserts. Nice salad bar. Everything was fresh and staff was friendly. Neat game room for the kids. Would definitely go again.
