On a visit to our hometown, we brought our pup in. The staff was super friendly and accommodated our special requests. We loved that they seemed to genuinely care for the pets. Thank you so much! We’ll stop by the next time we’re in town :-)

Springfield, MO
I took my Papillon for a haircut on 6÷18÷15 and had a horrible experience. Took my dog at 9:45 and called to see if he was ready at 2:00. He had bad razor burns on both hind quarters. The groomer didn’t use a attachment and went straight to the skin. He has been miserable for 5 days and have had to use cream and Benedryl to relieve the pain. I called the next day to complain and they said it was a new groomer. She needs more training. All was said was sorry… didn’t offer my money back which we should have gotten. The pictures are on FB of his burns. Please do not put your dog through this misery.
