The only shopping we do here at Sears and only in this location, is for appliances. We’ve bought a Kenmore stove and a few months later a Kenmore refrigerator. And both times my parents were helped by an associate named Yolanda Cedillo. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth. But what really helped was that she was bilingual and she explained to my parents everything in spanish. I highly recommend going to her for assistance if your looking into purchasing home appliances. And make sure you invest in a protection plan too.

Nothing like driving 45 minutes in the rain to pick up the item I ordered and they assured me was here, only to find out it isn’t here after all. But, hey, I get to come back next week(maybe) and with a whopping $ 5 off my next purchase. #customerservice

Why can’t this place just die and go out of business already!!! If I could give this place a zero I absolutely would! There’s a reason Sears is going out of business and this store is one huge reason. Go to any other company. All you’re doing is screwing yourself by going here.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff ignores you and just walks around doing nothing. I asked three associates for help each one gave me the, «I will find someone to help you» and did nothing.

I bought a Kenmore oven. I noticed it made a very loud whistling noise whenever the oven was in use. I called to have the appliance serviced. The tech stated it was due to the pressure in my house; he recommended I exchange my oven for a different brand, since other makes have larger gas valve/lines. The tech specified I had 90 days to exchange. I went to Sears. They said I only get 30 days to exchange. After arguing, they allowed me to exchange only to learn there was a 30% charge. I would have to pay an additional $ 120 to get an oven with less features. 30% of the retail price is ridiculous. I did not complete the exchange. I’ve been a loyal shopper for years. I have a Sears retail and MasterCard. I guess they don’t care about loyalty. I will definitely not be shopping with them anymore.

We went there to buy an A/C unit because I read online that they sell used and refurbished units. DONOTDOIT. They have several categories: New, Used, Damaged… they sold us a «USED» A/C unit and told us multiple times that someone had returned it, which is why it was marked used. They told us it was not damaged and probably not even used a lot. When we got home and opened the box, the unit was SMUSHED like an ACCORDION! It was very obvious that it had been dropped out of at least a 2nd story window and then«returned.» We decided to install it and see at least if it worked. Nope. We turned it on and it made a terribly loud clacking noise. We took that thing right back. Even though we purchased a warranty plan with a replacement guarantee, they wouldn’t give us a new product unless we paid the difference — even though they falsely advertised the product to us. We ended up getting refunded for the whole thing but wasted a whole day and a lot of gas money. I will never buy an appliance there again. Go to Home Depot. One good comment: they didn’t give us a hard time about refunding our money. That part was easy.

The staff could be more helpful and actually notice you there when you are around. It does have good sales at times they just need to work on their customer service.
