I like Big Lots. I mean sure, it’s kind of a hodge podge of randomness but these are the places where you can find amazing treasures. Did I really need a food processor? Not really. But a 12 cup processor for $ 25 seemed like something I should have. Think of all the salsa and nut butter I will be producing out of my kitchen! I find their home décor items and occasionally the furniture to be a bit pricey for what it is but I can always find a food bargain, health and beauty item or a bag of treats for my dog at a great price. They have a lot of unique grocery items, especially international-type cookies and cakes as well as fairly decent selection of seasonal items. You can easily find most anything you might be looking for with the easy lay out of the store. Each area is marked accordingly with signage. They do occasionally have more high end items for sale(digital cameras, GPS devices, tablets, etc.) at a good price. I once snagged a Kodak digi cam for $ 50. Every now and again they have super sales on Sunday where everything is an additional 20%. This usually occurs around a holiday it seems. Look for signs posted all throughout Noblesville when this sale goes down.
