Community Health Pavilion

We are at the pavilion for imaging for my son.
The greeter/​receptionist was friendly and quick.
The xray tech was the same. Very personable and great with my young son. We were in and out in less than 20 min!

Eek! Methinks not indeed!
*disclaimer* this is for MedCheck Noblesville which is part of this medical center located Suite 100 (no main entrance access; west entrance access only). For some reason the MedCheck facility can’t be separated from the Community Health Pavilion in Unilocal.
Reasons for the 1 star you ask?
1.) Even with WebAhead appointment scheduling a same day appointment is practically impossible to make. It is the only Community Health Network MedCheck in Indiana with this issue. If you have an urgent need that you must be seen for that day be prepared to wait or schedule a WebAhead appointment with another MedCheck in Indiana.
2.) Quality of care & compassion: I rarely get sick so MedCheck is usually the option I take. I came in one evening prepared to wait because I couldn’t make a same day appointment. I was told the wait would be two hours. Fine… I don’t feel good and want to start feeling better. I live two blocks away so I ask if I can come back in an hour as the waiting room is full and the wait is so long. The answer is no. I wait 2 ½ hours to be treated and felt the quality of care I received was lacking. On two occasions I have come here for treatment and have needed to make an appointment with either a second MedCheck or my family physician a week later because my health wasn’t improving after being treated at this facility.
In other words… I am not a fan!

I have had occasion to come here recently since my lab closed and this is the next closest place.
This is a fairly new place and seems to have many different types of medical offices.
It is nice a clean and you get that feeling as soon as you enter the building .
There is always good parking and clean public restrooms.
The Mid America lab where i have blood draw is much busier than the place i used to go but the staff is friendly and keeps things moving along.
