Community Storage

False advertising! They advertise ²⁴⁄₇ rental and ²⁴⁄₇ access (look at their webpage). I rented at 10:30 from the kiosk, loaded up, came back at 11:30 couldn’t get in. Was informed by 1 – 800 customer service that access hours stop at 11pm. I chose this place SOLELY on the fact I could rent and access ²⁴⁄₇. Imagine my dismay after loading everything up, after being given no reason to believe anything OTHER than I could get in ²⁴⁄₇ only to find they LIED! Customer service said they would attempt to send a message to the manager to see if she could make an exception but they couldn’t guarantee I’d hear back tonight. Needless to say, I never did. Even more ironic, there is a neon «open» sign flashing on the front of their building. I guess they are just «open» to take your money, but not give you what you paid for and they said they would.
Secondly, they charged me a pro-​rated first months rent (which is fine) and then another months full rent, BUT only says I’m paid up through the next 15 days!!!
BUYER BEWARE — There are too many choices when it comes to self storage and these people are not running a stand up business.
