This was a horrible experience from the time we walked into the door. Arrived around 2:45 on a Sunday afternoon. Only 4 – 5 tables occupied and one gentleman at the bar. We were not greeted by a hostess. Instead, we wait for close to 2 minutes before a waitress comes over and seats us. Turns out this waitress is the one that will be «taking care of us.» She asks what we would like to drink and we ask for two ice waters and I order a bottled beer. She comes back about 5 minutes later and tells me the beer I ordered is out of stock. No worries at all, I ask for the one next to it on the menu. Now 7 – 8 minutes go by and we still set with no waters and no beer. My girlfriend gets up and asks another waitress that is sitting, rolling silverware/conversing with a coworker about the status of our drinks. She acts upset and then walks over to our table to ask what type of beer I ordered. Just after she walks away the original waitress comes back with a bottle of beer for me, no waters. Then the other waitress comes back rather quickly with two waters. Finally, the original waitress comes back and asks if we are ready to order. My girlfriend orders the cheeseburger with Mac N’ cheese. I pull up previous Unilocal review image of a «Boilermaker burger» and ask if it is available. She is uncertain and leaves to ask if they can prepare the burger I saw on Unilocal. She comes back and says they are unable to make the burger. Why? I don’t know, she didn’t explain. Maybe they were out of peanut butter. I ordered the three little pigs. The food takes a reasonable 10 minutes to come out after our order was taken. My side is on my girlfriends plate and vice verse with her Mac N’ cheese. The burger was alright, nothing special. Mac N’ cheese, again it was alright but nothing special and not worth the price they had it on. My bun on my pulled pork, ham, and cheese sandwich was soggy with grease, water, and whatever other juices were on the plate. The sandwich meats along with the loaded tots were okay but nothing special. I would’ve been more satisfied spending $ 40 for two at Chipotle and had two bowls to take home and heat up for a later meal. When the waitress brought the check she apologized and said sorry, I had to take a beer off the tab.” I looked at the check and my beer was still there. One of the most horrific experiences I have had at a restaurant. Not what I was expecting from a restaurant in downtown Noblesville. If you chose to read this entire review before making your decision I hope you are heading to another restaurant nearby. Heck, even McDonalds is a better experience than this establishment.

The food here is top notch — usually — and the service is fine — usually. I would tell you to absolutely steer clear on Friday or Saturday nights. During these busy times the service and food quality really suffers. Meals come out cold(likely after being left for pickup for 10+ minutes), servers will forget you, etc. On slower days you can expect some really delicious food and friendly wait staff.

I had the fried chicken sandwich with onion rings, AMAZING! Our server, Alexis, was also AMAZING! She held my son for me while I ate(because we were the first and only customers in for lunch at the time). She was so kind, patient and on her game! She knows the menu very well and made sure I had everything I needed. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for a great lunch experience!

Meh. not very good for what it looks like it could be. Our server was friendly, but didn’t know the menu or the drinks. Our food took a while to come out even though the restaurant was empty. The bar was out of ingredients so cocktails were limited. Once our food came out, the burger was over cooked and was missing bacon. Notified the server and nothing was done about it. We did however, get to listen to a very foul-mouthed waitress while waiting for our food. Maybe that ties into the backwoods, moonshining theme they are going for. Prices were ok, but they are proud of their drink prices.

My husband and I went here and really loved it! I ordered the Cuban sandwich. I was a bit nervous about that because I love Cubans… From key west. It was fantastic! Onion rings on the side and those were seasoned perfectly. My husband ordered the 3 little pigs and liked his too. I had a salad and it was excellent. I took my daughter the next night and we got the pork nachos. They were awesome! Tried the chicken tortilla soup and it was soooo good. I didn’t LOVE the chips and salsa app. Chips were really good, salad was eh. I don’t understand the 1 star reviews. Maybe they’ve taken some suggestions since then and improved. I highly recommend

Not big on long wordy reviews so I’ll call it as I see it. Food is great, service is marginal, and owners are arrogant.

Terrible customer service. We waited almost two hours for our lunch today and our daughters kids meal came out cold as if they just heated it up in the back. The waitress informed us that on the weekends their cook cooks very slowly. Not okay. We informed the waitress to forget it and we paid for our drink and kids meal and left. We won’t be back there.

Wow. Best BLT I’ve had in a while. Fried pickles were delicious and hubby raved about his cheeseburger. Casual atmosphere, family friendly. Service was fast and friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

The only thing I don’t like about Copper Still is the price. The mixture of rustic and reclaimed interior designing had my heart, and the chipotle mayo has my soul. My wife craves their wedge salad at times(but I think she’s lying because you can’t crave salad…). I used to live within walking distance to Copper Still and would frequently take people here for business lunches. It was one of my Noblesville staples. Also, sports fans, you can catch mainstream and some not-so-common sporting events on the big screens. One time I came in and watched 90 minutes of the Crossfit games. Again, I’m a fan of the food and atmosphere, but it’s typically out of my lunch-time price range.

Definitely one of my favorite spots. Love the atmosphere and the food is fantastic. Great variety, very friendly. I was very excited to find out about them being so close to us on the square. We had driven past several times and finally decided to try out. So glad we did. Definitely will be completely no back soon.

I am a big fan of local small restaurants. This one is definitely A-OK. I wasn’t BLOWN away by any stretch. There is nothing that unique about Copper Still, but they are one of the only restaurant/bars open past 11PM on a weekend in downtown Noblesville, so it was a perfect spot to meet for drinks and a late snack last Friday. They have a pretty fun drink menu and once the bartender realized we were sitting at the end of the long communal table, we had decent service. I would not say I was impressed by anything specific… but there was nothing wrong with it. We ordered the artichoke dip and I got a wedge salad. I’m always shocked by pricing for a half head of lettuce. But it was good — not overdressed and I did enjoy it. The dip was good… lots of good chunks of artichokes and seemed fresh. The chips were slightly greasy but no biggie. Overall… fine. Keep expectations lower and you’ll be fine.

The food is enjoyable; pretty standard bar food. The wings were over seasoned and thus contained too much sodium for my taste. They have a great selection of beers and bourbon. However, beware! If you order bourbon on the rocks, they will charge you a 1.50 for the ice. The service was fantastic and they were very attentive to our needs. Good place to enjoy a drink with friends.

It would be easier to hate this place if the food wasn’t great. We came after an event in Noblesville. They were totally unprepared for the amount of people they would get. Great food, pretty good wait staff, and awful management if there are more than 15 tables full. If you expect quality Indianapolis service you will be disappointed. BF

I keep going back hoping the service will be better or the menu has changed, but it’s always still the same I’m a local, so I like to frequent the bars on the square. When Conner Station became Copper Still, I was excited for a menu change and a little revamp as far as service goes. Though here we are years later and it’s still the same. I biked there on a Friday night a few weeks ago with a friend. The food was great, it’s hard to go wrong with pulled pork nachos that have been on the menu since day one, but where’s the BBQ sauce? Drinks were pricey, but I think that has to do with the location and clientele. The part that really irks me is the service… the bartender was young and inexperienced. She had hair down to her butt that wasn’t pulled back. She kept flipping it around and playing with it all night. She didn’t seem to care much for us, but the minute her boyfriend(or whoever he was) showed up to the bar all attention was devoted to him. We had to flag her down several times for drinks and it just got worse and worse. My friend ordered one of their moonshine drinks that comes in a mason jar. Super cute concept right? Well, it took about ten minutes to make, and in the end tasted more like syrup than anything. I hate to dog on a local business such as this one, but they honestly seem to be doing great. They are almost always packed when I visit, so others must be seeing something I don’t see. I may give it another try in a year or so.

A great restaurant and bar serving craft beer in downtown Noblesville! I have always walked past this place, having heard mixed things about it. Now that I have finally eaten here, I have to say, the food is really good and the service is good as well. One of my favorite things about this place, being a craft beer geek, is that they have a great craft beer selection. I had a salad, it was very good, everything seemed fresh. Will definitely be back to try one of their burgers or tacos.

Here for business and just happened to follow the group I was with for lunch into this place. Very cool place with cool décor. Various things ordered by the table for lunch and I ordered the fried chicken chef salad. I’ll just say this… it was enormous and very fresh and good. I had a mixture of ranch and jalapeño ranch dressings on it and it was perfect. Several at the table commented on how good their dishes were(burgers to pasta if I recall correctly) and it all looked good. Service was on par and nice. All in all, definitely a place I would return to if the chance arose.

I started off with the fresh homemade chips and salsa which were indeed fresh however lacking the flavor I expected. My main entrée was a daily special called«which came first». The chicken sandwich was beer battered to near perfection with a crispy exterior and moist chewy center. The chicken was topped with a delicious over well fried egg which added the perfect creamy texture to the sandwich. Add the fresh veggies and homemade chipotle mayo and this sandwich is one of my favorites. Our waitress was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. My only complaint would be the amount of time it took to receive our food if you’re in a hurry this might not be the place for you.

Been here twice before, hoping third time was a charm so I could try the cheeseburger soup. No luck… just gives me a reason to come back a 4th time! Fried pickles are great, pulled pork nachos, pretzels are very good. My wife had the wedge salad and it was huge. Good dining! The food quality has not changed but the service is skeptical at best. Sorry to remove a star but we had the following issues: Food was delivered a various times over a 15 minute time frame. Some food was cool, some was hot. One person in our party didn’t get her meal until nearly all of the rest of the party was finished eating. We had to find our waiter to ask for refills. I doubt I will make another return trip. Maybe it’s just the waiter we had… I don’t know.
