I have wanted to try Jagger’s for a while. I got the fried chicken sandwich. Wow! I I drove through and it took a while and I found out why: it was prepared fresh for me! The sandwich was piping hot. The chicken was moist and the outside was crispy. The bun is not your usual. I am not a chicken sandwich fan, but I am definitely a fan of Jagger’s chicken! Next time I want to try the sandwich. The downside to this restaurant is that 146 is divided and you can’t get to or from the closest drive from the westbound lanes.

It’s actually a pretty good burger. Fries, not a fan of shoe strings, but they are tasty. So why the 3 stars. Value, just not there for me.

Ok. I have come to this location a few times and it was a good experience. This was one of the worst experiences eating out I have ever had and since it cost 30.00 for 3 people it made it worse. My son and I ordered 2 simple sandwiches with plus and minus a few toppings. They got the sandwiches wrong 3 times. The 3rd we ate it anyway. No apology no money back and even the fries were done wrong. They were all behind the counter laughing and could care less. Worst place to spend 30.00. They need to train better or take their job seriously. My family and I will not be coming back. I would love to call their corporate location there is no excuse. And do not look at their serving trains with the food on them they are all corroded and nasty. They are lucky they got one star.

This location has been open for some time. I had absolutely no desire to try it out. Just another chicken/burger/salad place. One day, I decided to check it out. Boy am I glad I did. I have been back several times since then. Imagine a fast food restaurant where everyone is dressed professionally, everything is clean and in order, and the food tastes like it was made from scratch. This is Jaggers. Your burger/chicken is not sitting in a bin getting old. It is made to order. You will wait a few minutes, but it is worth it. The California Chicken sandwich is excellent. Bacon and avocado. You eat it and still feel like you are eating healthy!

This is a really great option for a healthy and fresh salad on the go. We did have an issue with a sandwich missing from our order and had to drive back, but the manager more than made up for it with a refund on that item and 2 coupons for a free meal!

It’s really good… think top of the spear fast food. The buns are very soft and toasted on the inside. Fries are thin and seasoned well. Very tasty

This place is just ok. I do like their California Chicken and if I ever go back that will be what I order. The burgers are pretty bland and their spicy chicken sandwich is not good. I think the fries are usually over seasoned. I’ve only had them 1 of the 4 times I’ve been there that I could eat them without a gallon of water. Recently, my daughter had the kids hotdog and liked it. I do like that they offer fruit as an option for the kids.

The bacon cheeseburger and fries were my choices for dinner. I would usually opt for the chicken, but was in the mood for a burger and fries and they had some great fries. Shoestring fries are one of my favorite ways to eat a potato. Those fries were just phenomenal. I have no idea what kind of spices they used for them, but they were just great. I ate every last one and then wanted more. I will for sure be back at least for the fries alone.

I had been wanting to check Jagger’s out since it opened, but we never seem to be up that way. I am glad we got to finally eat there, but not sure I’d rush back. I did like my mushroom Swiss burger. I do think next time I’d try chicken or one of their salads, but tonight I was excited to try the fries. I really enjoyed the fries, they have a really good seasoning.

Thank goodness I had the foresight to ask for ketchup to go with my meal, because otherwise, my burger would not have had any flavor! I had to use my ketchup packets not just for my fries, but also to dunk my hamburger into, because it was just so flavorless. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, which you’d think would be really tasty because of the bacon, but no – it was bland. The fries were only slightly better — they were tasty because of the seasoning they added to them, and they were hot and crunchy, but something about them tasted a little off. They tasted somewhat like the kind of fries you’d get at the county fair: they tasted like old, spent grease. Also, after we paid, we had to pull over and wait about five minutes for our order. I’m not sure why, as we only ordered two burgers off the menu and two orders of fries. I’d like to give this place another try, as their chicken sandwiches looked pretty good. We’ll see how the next visit goes!

I can’t believe I’m giving 4 stars to a fast food place, but here I am. The BBQ Cheddar burger was very good, and if you like shoestring, seasoned fries– you’ll like Jaggers. It reminded me a bit of Steak n Shake, but different enough with sauces/toppings that it didn’t feel like a copy cat. I have a feeling I’ll be back on a night where I need a quick dinner & I feel like indulging in greasy, fried goodness.

Got a regular cheeseburger and some fries. Burger meat was seasoned nicely and their«special» sauce is delicious on the burger! I just didn’t care for the bun they used. It doesn’t hold the meat too well since it’s so airy. If I go back, I’d probably ask for no butter on the buns too since that added no flavor, just calories. Fries are nice and crunchy; a little salty though. Overall, it’s meh. Not worth eating there on a regular basis.

We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this restaurant and have decided after only a single visit that it is the best fast food in the area… it’s better than Culver’s, which is the closest comparison to it. First of all, the atmosphere and service go a step beyond the average fast food place… if you compare this to a McDonald’s, the McDonald’s looks completely shabby by comparison. The service was pretty great! They actually had an adequate number of staff to suit the situation and whoever was not needed to take orders was cleaning tables and…*gasp*…taking our trays! That’s right, this fast food place actually brings you your meal AND, unlike Culver’s, TAKES it at the end! Wonderful. The people actually seemed to not loathe their job like McDonald’s or Subway workers, also. The food was surprisingly awesome! I wouldn’t have been disappointed in the food if I had gotten it at a non-fast food joint. I had a cheddar BBQ burger… bun was a real, freshly made brioche bun, meat was nice and juicy, cheese was actual shredded melted cheddar, and BBQ sauce was nice and sweet. The fries are AWESOME! I don’t know what they put in those, but they blow other fast food fries out of the water. Usually, I’m not a fan of fast food places, but after finishing my meal here at Jagger’s, I actually find myself wanting to return!

We’ve been here several times and the burgers are nothing special. They don’t have a ton of flavor to them in my opinion. The fries are okay, but a majority of the time they’re over seasoned, with seasoning salt. But if you do happen to go here, I do recommend the chicken fingers /nuggets. They’re very good!

The atmosphere is cool(…literally). The fries are the best I’ve ever had in my life, ever better than Rally’s, which I never thought I’d say. The burgers are thick, juicy and amazing on delicious homemade buns. Their lemonade is also very fresh, the strawberry lemonade is to die for! The price is reasonable: $ 4.99 — $ 5.99 for sandwiches, $ 2.99 to make them combos. In the $ 6 range for salads. Kids meals come with the usual: chicken or burger, with a side, drink and cookie for only $ 3.99. They even have awesome condiments, like Sriracha ketchup and jalapeño ketchup — how fun! This place MUST be on your go-to list ASAP! Oh, their salad is also great — highly recommend the very fresh, very flavorful chicken salad salad. Nom nom!

After a sweaty, stinky, hot, muggy day there is nothing better than a good burger and fries. So once we left Conner Prairie where we were volunteering. We looked up the closest restaurants and Jagger’s popped up. So we thought why not? So we entered Jagger’s and the cold air won us over. Looking at the menu I was unsure of what to get so I got the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Who can go wrong with bacon? They gave us our cups and sent us to the table with a number tent. The food came out and smelled amazing. Tasted even better. Seriously the fries are freaking amazing. Get a side of ranch to dip them in and you will have a food-gasm.(Yes I said it. A food-gasm as in an orgasm in your mouth caused by fantastic food.). Anyway… The burger was juicy and the bun was so fresh. I want to order another dinner just sitting here typing this. Get the fries… Seriously the fries ROCK! This place is great for kids(kids meal includes drink and cookie for $ 3.99) great atmosphere(the music is weird very weird…) t.v.‘s all around some with sports, news and even cartoons. Jagger’s might be my new favorite place.

Chicken, burgers, fries — all amazing. $ 11 for one person makes it a special treat. Wish the staff were as friendly and helpful as my first visit. Silohun waited in me today during my first visit through the drive thru and was faaaarr from friendly. Only thing she said to me at the window was my total. Very disappointing.

Well, I was to like it, but it’s just ok. It’s new, I will hit it again in a few months. So… premium fast food burger concept. I got a burger, fries and a soda. Ten bucks, so you are paying for the premium quality. I ate in, they delivered it to my table, service was very good. Burger and fries looked great and well made. However, the bun was not as fresh as it should have been and the burger was very dry and over cooked. I even asked for medium rare. The fries are thin shoestring, great seasoning, but where cold before I ate half of my sandwich. They are not there yet.

So I’m not really sure when this place«officially» opened because every time my husband and I would drive by, ready to try it out, it was always closed but the lights were on. We finally decided we’d try it once more and Voila! We thought from the exterior and modern-esque fixtures that this would be more of a burger and brew type place, like a sports bar. To be honest, I would describe it as a more expensive looking Arby’s :/ It really is set up like a fast food restaurant and I just wasn’t expecting that. Drive-thru and all. I guess I just don’t know what they’re known for yet. Maybe another visit would help. The food was alright, nothing to write home about. I did enjoy the taste of their shoestring fries. The burgers were good, but when we were done with our meal, we were still hungry and we had paid just over $ 20 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. It’s a cool place to try if you’re hungry for a burger and have the money to spend. The way I see it — it’s better than your typical fast food restaurant, but it’s not as good as Five Guys… at least in my opinion :)

Enjoy great service here at Jaggers. There are several varieties of burgers, chicken, and salad. At our table of six we had an avocado chicken sandwich, a regular burger, a regular cheeseburger, and a crispy chicken sandwich. All sandwiches come with lettuce tomato and Jagger sauce. The sauce is essentially a smoky barbecue with the little mayonnaise mixed in. If you order your sandwich in the meal, it comes with seasons shoestring fries and a drink. The price is definitely right at this restaurant and the food was satisfying.
