Disaster stuck on New Years Eve, when my teenage son broke one of my dinner plates. I pulled up the Pier One website and discovered my plate design was on clearance. I pulled up store locations to see availablity and realized that none of the locations on my side of town had them in stock anymore. I called the Noblesville store and spoke with Amanda. She was unable to locate the plates but took my phone number in case she ran across them. I continued my search by calling the Kokomo store. Amanda called me back and told me that she had found the plate I needed. She put the plate on hold for me. When I got there I made sure to buy extras just in case of teenager accidents. When I am on this side of town again, I will most definitely stop by to see what this Pier One has to offer due to the superior customer service.
