Shoddy workmanship and poor customer service. Does not keep appointments or return calls.
We had this company resurface our driveway after they did our neighbor’s. They said they would give us a «discount» since they were in the neighborhood. They did the job on a Wed and, Joe, the owner, told me to call him if I wanted him to come back and seal it the following week. I spoke to him two days later, Friday, and told him I would like to have it sealed. They never came out or called.
I called about a week later and left a message inquiring about it and never heard back.
A week or so later, we noticed that the driveway was beginning to crumble in areas. I called and spoke to Joe about it. He said he would come out and take a look at it. When I asked when he would be out he said, «sometime this weekend.» I asked him to narrow it down and he told me between 10 – 1 on Sat. I also asked him to text me when he would be coming out. Following the phone called he texted me to get my address.
On Sat, I texted him at 11:30 am and asked if he was going to make it out. I still haven’t heard from him.
