Jeff and Diane truly have given outstanding customer service which you don’t usually get in a storage staff. Usually you rent your unit and never hear from them again. Not so with this company. We live out of state and have items for construction on a second home in Venice and after two urgent issues, these guys went above and beyond the call of duty. I can’t thank them all enough for all your help. Not your typical storage place ! And the fact that the units are clean and just as advertised is just a bonus… thanks so much again for taking some big stress out of my life !
