Good prices, healthy plants, and decent selection (found a Thai chili plant!!!). Customer service could really use some work though. I shopped in the greenhouse for nearly 45 min and didn’t see a single employee. I got the feeling that I was bugging the one woman that I did finally find when I asked about a carrying tray or cart for all of my selections. She did warm up a bit when I brought my plants up for purchasing though. Despite the poor customer service, I did walk out feeling pretty good about the plants I was able to find for my garden. Since they had some rare plants, I will definitely be back.

I try to support local businesses but nature’s best has the worst customer service I have experienced and that includes from big box retailers. I live approximately one mile from the location yet they wanted $ 110 delivery fee for mulch and rocks. I was told they could not go on the same truck which is ridiculous. they wanted an additional $ 55 to place the rocks in my garden for me. when I say rocks I’m talking approximately 10 to 12 large landscaping stones roughly the size of a football helmet. I left voice mail that went unreturned and then was treated like an intruder when I made an effort to leave work early to go in person to ask questions (because my phone call went unreturned) arriving 5 min after closing time, even though customers were still shopping. It is a sad day when you get better customer service from Lowes then you can from a family owned small business that depends on word of mouth. I will never purchase from or recommend them.

Hard to miss location just South of Nolensville. Selection is only decent (to be expected this time of year), but they will be happy to look into ordering things for you!
Ellen was incredibly helpful and did a great job managing a rush of people as the only one there!
Prices were really good — I got two 3 gallon fig trees for $ 16 a piece and an orange tree for about double that. Everything I’ve bought has thrived after I’ve brought it home, and most everything at the nursery looks well cared for.

This place is a hidden gem! They have a massive garden center south of downtown Nolensville. As they are a grower, many of their items can be purchased tax free and the prices are very reasonable. They have annuals, perennials, trees, herbs, mulch, rocks, fountains, and plants for all environments. I can’t wait for my magnolias to come in next week!
