I will never go back. I wanted to like it, but after poor customer service, nope. The checker tried to tell me that I couldn’t swipe my wife’s debit card, and she had to do it. After using a debit card and our pin number, she also felt the need to check our ID for buying feed? Sure I think it is important to try and stop identity theft, but come on, Debit card/​pin #. And to tell me I could not swipe the debit card for my pregnant wife who was right next to me is complete BS. The girl looked like she was 17 and just had no idea what she was doing. There are many farm supply stores nearby this one is a «no go». I’m sure it probably is fine if you are high up in the CO-​OP, but nothing like the Skagit’s farmers co-​op.
