I wish I could give this place a no star rating! My fiancé went in there to buy beer with his own ID he will be 22 in March it’s currently January so he’s 21 and the man at the register turned him down along with a few other customers just because their computer wasn’t working for them to swipe their ID to make sure it wasn’t a fake?! So instead of him typing in the ID number into his computer he just turned down customers. Now mind you their computers have been«down» for a few weeks now. So they would rather just turn down customers. They have made racist remarks and they have diffidently made you feel uncomfortable while you’re in their store. They don’t deserve t be open at all anymore. So please do not stop at this 7⁄11 ever! They’re horrible horrible people. And I have been living here in Norco right doe the street form this 7⁄11 for 22 years now and they have always been horrible people. Sad to say that but it’s true. Hope this helps and I really advise everyone to just move on when it comes to this place.

So uhm yea… how do you give a DOUBLENEGATIVE rating. No … Seriously??? Traveling from Eastvale upon my departing a bbq this past Saturday I elected to stop at this sorry excuse for a 7⁄11 and buy a few last minute groceries(i.e.: sodas, bottled H20, etc…) so yeah —– I walk in and just start grabbing crap that I thought would fill my friend’s fridge’ seeing as how I was free’loading off of him for the weekend anyway and I get to the register only to have my purchases ring up at $ 19.50. Politely I handed the woman behind the counter a $ 20 and she looks at me and goes,… «No card???» I’m like, «Uhm…No. I’ve got cash. I’m not going to break out my credit cards for a purchase this small.» I then asked if paying w/credit was a requirement in order to shop there?” This woman, who was clearly of Persian or East Indian descent replied, «No… NOTCREDITCARD… EBTCARD…» —Dumbfounded. I’m like WTF? …and in my head I’m like, are you frikkin’ kidding me? Mind you, I’m wearing more Burberry than she’ll ever see in a lifetime, I casually asked her what would make her think that I needed an EBT card? It was then that she informed me that usually«MYPEOPLE» pay w/EBT. I politely informed her thereon that uhm… I have a job and that I didn’t use EBT and curiously, she then asked what I did for a living… I replied and just to shut her the phuk up, …that I was an attorney and she quickly DIGRESSEDANDAPOLOGIZED, stating, «Oh no no… you lawyer. You don’t need EBT. Lawyer’ make lotz’ of munnie.» To this I ask — WTF??? America is this seriously what we’ve been reduced to??? Clearly this broad knew what the hell she was talking about as she apologized no sooner than I’d stated my occupational title. Come to think of it. I dun’ up and made my damn self mad all over again!!!(Google’s # to the Better Business Bureau…)

The location is pretty convenient given its off a major street. And I don’t have anything to say about the parking. BUT I must say that the people who work there SUMDIMES seem to be rude. But hey, what are you going to do on those hot dry summer days when you start seeing mirages on the street… and then you see that 7 – 11 sign and all you can think of is that LARGECOLDSLURPEE dripping down the cup and you slurping it until you get that awesome brain freeze!!!

This 7-eleven deserves a double negative star. I went to buy some scratchers and the guy told me you have to pay cash. I would have used there ATM to pull out some cash but he was just plain rude about it that I left. I ended up driving down river into Eastvale and buying them at the 7-eleven down there. Who puts a guy behind the counter that is a complete jerk? Some customer service oh that’s right you don’t need that when you have a retail store. Duh. Yeah try smiling, greeting your customers & be nice oh wait that’s a novel idea and then you would get repeat business & make more money. Yeah I wouldn’t want that! Stay away & give your business to a different 7-eleven.
