I want to first of all say that I don’t usually write Unilocal reviews but I always read them before choosing anything new. As a first time home buyer I was a bit worried and skeptical about trusting anyone with really understanding all my wants, and actually listening to what I was saying. Alison Everhart was AMAZING! I can not say enough good things about her. She really stayed on top of new listings and always kept me in the loop of what was going on. One thing I personally get irritated with on dealing with any sales type people is when they try to «sell» me or tell ME what I want. I never felt that from her. She seemed more like a friend than someone that was working for me.
I hope to be in our new home for a very long time, but if we ever move, Alison Everhart is the only realtor I will call!

Alison did an amazing job at helping my husband and I find a realtor that was in our area. She asked all the right questions, and listened to exactly what we are looking for in a home and a realtor to work with.
I have bombarded her with a million of questions, that most realtors would get annoyed with. Even though she is unable to be ours because she is located in California and she isn’t making money from us, she has been so eager to help! She still follows up with me periodically to make sure I am happy and getting what I need.
She is honest when it comes to expectations and budget yet still very encouraging and reassuring that we will find the house of our dreams.
Not only is she good at what she does but she loves doing it and enjoys the end result, which is making her clients happy! My only complaint would be that she is in California and not Arizona, but it’s not. With the communication and care, it feels as though she is on this amazing home buying journey with us!
