This place is pretty clean but their customer service is not. They can be extremely rude! When it was time for me to pay my bill, I called the office to make sure my husband didn’t already pay it… the lady that I spoke with told me that it was paid and I owed nothing. Two weeks later they called my husband saying we had a past due balance and was going to be charged at late fee and when my husband told them I called they did not believe him and charged us a late fee anyway. They are extremely rude about it and acted as if we were trying to rip them off. I am a business owner and customer service is very important to me. They raise their rates after the first three months of being there and then again six months later. It’s pretty pricey considering there are other places that offer a little bit more.
