Shout out to Casper Convenient Cleaners on Hamner in Norco! I needed last minute alterations on a dress and John was able to assist me without any hesitation and he did a great job! I LOVE their great customer service! Thanks!

A great place and John makes you feel like you’ve known him for years, always enjoy running in even if it’s only every few months!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place is amazing!!! I got a bad stain on a work blazer and he got it out. The customer service is also amazing. Everyone I’ve talked to is so personable and that is what I love most about businesses!

Creases were wrong and were not really clean, I’ll never go to this place again!

We went to ANOTHER Cleaner in town and took a maid of honor dress in to steam and get out a LITTLE TEENY TINY grease stain out before the wedding (two days away), well when the maid of honor went in the Teeny tiny stain was now half the dress and two additional stains were on it!!! OMG WHAT??? so they said they would try to get stain out and if not too bad basically and she could pick it up tomorrow afternoon!!! so she then took it to CASPER CLEANERS On Hamner by Norco Liquor and he took it to the girl in back to see if they thought they could get out, they thought they could and said they would work on it ASAP, they called five hours later and wanted her to look at it and pick up!!! ALL STAINS GONE — YAY — BUT HERE’S THE COOL PART, He DID NOT charge her, He said to have fun and that he hopes the bride had nothing else to stress about!!! BOTTOM LINE WE WILL USE THIS CLEANER FROM NOW ON!!!

I had a pair of pants that the tie belt come out of. After trying to fix it myself with no luck I took it to another cleaners and the lady said it would cost $ 10 to do it. I agreed and when I came back for it she handed it back and said the holes in the waist for the belt we’re too small and she couldn’t do it.
I found Casper Cleaners in Unilocal and thought I’d give them a try. John took the pants and said ‘Give me a little time and I’ll have them for you this afternoon’. I asked how much it would cost and he said ‘It’s an easy fix, no charge’ …Really?
While we waited, my husband and I went grocery shopping there in Norco, and I bought John a little pumpkin as it was close to Halloween. My husband thought that was dumb and said to just give him $ 10.
When we went to pick up the pants, they were fixed and ready. I handed John $ 10 and he wouldn’t take it. So I went to the car and brought in the pumpkin and he graciously accepted it. John has a new customer!

I had previously been to another cleaners over in Canyon Crest to get a pocket fixed on a vest and they asked me to leave the garment for almost 3 days, but when I walked into Casper’s today, John offered to fix it immediately on the spot in just a few minutes. If you’re looking for a great place with top quality customer service and personality, then this is the place to go. I am beyond impressed.

Best Cleaners around!!! been using casper convenient cleaners for 3 years now (about time they have a Unilocal :)))))) before I found them I tried every cleaners around and nothing compares.
Caspers does all you dry cleaning needs in house and never sends anything out. I have had them hem a lot of my denim and also make alterations to many dresses. Always friendly and always has my clothes ready on time…

I was so fed up going to Boston Cleaner where it was one issue after another. I found Casper Cleaners which is owned by two of the most friendliest and hardest working people (John and Lisa). They are committed to making customers happy. I had a shirt with a broken hard to find zipper. John went out of the way to get a similar one and repair it for me. Their work is done with very high quality and they shake your hand and make me feel welcome and like my business is important. I plan to do business with them for many years and hope they never change!!!

I have tried every cleaners in norco and I have to say by far this is the best cleaners in town!!! John and Lisa always go above and beyond for there customers! I have gone in many a times with items that needed to be fixed and John has done them that day for me if I needed him to. I simply love this place our clothes always come out perfect and the customer service is by far the best you will ever find!!!

I’ve had my clothes dry cleaned there for the past 8 years. John and Lisa are always very welcoming. Our clothes are expertly cleaned and pressed. They also do alteration, wedding gown preservation, and bedspread. I would highly recommend them for all your dry cleaning needs.

I came in today around 2:00 pm and wanted to get some job interview clothes pressed. They were very busy and I needed same day service. Even though they were booked solid, John came thru for me and didn’t even charge me!!! I will tell everyone to go here. He is honestly, a very nice person. Thank you very much John!

This is the best dry cleaners I have been to. Customer Service is outstanding and the prices are great! I drive up clothes are ready and brought to my car.
