When I called I only had 2 days Allen was very polite. It took me three phone calls tp finally get ot rigjt. He was very patient and honest. He told me he couldn’t promise the chair would get there in the morning, but would try his best. Ro my surprise thechaors
around 10am for a two o clock event. I was overjoyed. The driver Juan was also politeand helpful.
Bottom would I use them again. YES
One think.the.tables are kimd of old (wooden) but sturdy.

Called Bonnie at the last minute for a graduation gathering. No local place could accommodate the small order since we could not pick up the tables and chairs. Offered to delivery for a small fee. They were very helpful, met the terms of the order perfectly, and the gathering went well for our new college grad. Thank you all.

Rented a trailer n moving blankets. They charged my card n then told me they had no more moving blankets. The lady said she would remove the charge for the blankets n didn’t. Then returned the trailer n asked a second time about the charge, it was only $ 6 but she blew it off as no big deal n act as if she didn’t care. I will not return for rentals.

We always go with Double D for all our party needs. We’ve rented chairs, tables, umbrellas, and linens from them several times and we’ve always had great service at a reasonable price.

My husband recommended this place for party rental supplies because its where he rented some cherry picker or something. I walked in there with my 1 year old and the woman behind the counter seemed very annoyed that i had him there. I asked her prices on tables, umbrellas, and chairs and she looked like she was annoyed that i even asked. After not being able to get straight answers on prices and feeling unwelcomed i just ended up renting my supplies at circle city rentals again. Never again will i go to this place for Party rental supplies. This place is more of a machine — tool type rental place that just so happens to rent some tables on the side to make extra cash.
