Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent from this location quite frequently. The people are courteous and they do offer a ride to/​from their location. The cars are in very good condition (but often not recently washed). That’s not really to much of an issue, but the wait. The wait is crazy. They seriously need a better system to get people in and out quicker. Each transaction takes a very long time, and if there are people ahead of you, plan to be there a while, even if you’ve called ahead (which I do almost every time, anyway). Also, since I do frequently rent from them, and live locally, why do I get the runaround about showing proof of income and proof of address (a pay stub, utility bill, etc.) AND none of that is mentioned on the phone before I arrive! Keep in the system that I have repeatedly shown you proof of income and proof of address, and fix the wait-​time, and make it matter that I call ahead, and I’ll give you 5-​stars!

Have never had such a wonderful experience as this past weekend at this Enterprise branch. John is an absolutely professional. I have an Enterprise branch two blocks from my house but will always come to John for all my rental needs. And the car was great.

This branch is awesome! I don’t want to write a book on how great their service was, but I will say it was probably one of the best experiences, if not the best, in renting from any car rental companies I’ve ever had and I’ve rented over a dozen times with many other companies. I would just like to thank the regional manager Matt for all his help. He fulfilled his promise to me and he’s definitely a man of his words. Also, I appreciate the staff at this location for all their generosity. I believe their names were Erica and some blonde guy that was at the counter when I was checking out. I’ll most definitely recommend this branch to my family and friends! Keep up the awesome job guys!!!

This location claims you can ONLY rent a car from this location IF you reside in their city of Norco. (That completely floored me, since I’ve rented from previous enterprise locations all over & had no issues)
When asking to speak to management we received the run a round treatment. We ended up going to a different enterprise location to get our rental. But the notion that «We only rent to people from OUR city» come on, Norco is a nice city, but cowsh#t Is cowsh#t, and your business is to rent cars, not worry about what city I live in.
I’m a Blue collar, middle aged Registered voter that served his country, and I’ve Been treated nicer in some of the crappiest places in the world, Go to Norco Ranch Enterprise… you’d better live in Norco if you’d like to rent.

Fast and great customer service here! Took 10 minutes to pickup my car 19 days ago and less than 5 minutes to return it! Bravo Enterprise!!!

Upon returning my car the gentleman who assisted us left an amazing impression. He was kind and courteous and was trying very hard to get a smile out of us. We came on a Saturday at 11:50 not aware that they close at 12. He only tried to help us and when we forgot our card told us he will be there till 12:30. Only when I was coming back in, fortunately at 11:58 I saw the sign on the door with the hours.
He took care of everything for us super professionally and quickly and even took time after to ask us how our service was and when I told him about my previous visit asked if he could do anything to make it up to us.
Hopefully they train more people like him.

Completely satisfied all around. I showed up last minute to rent my car (right at closing). Felicia was very inviting and was a tremendous help. Thank you for another great experience.

Horrible experience so far! I needed a rental while my vehicle was repaired. I made a reservation and they asked what time I would be in and I said sometime after 3pm. The lady on the phone said no problem. I even told her I needed a midsize sedan. I arrived at 4pm, checked in and then was asked to wait while they got the vehicle. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked what I was waiting for and she informed me they had given my car to someone else because I was late for my reservation ?? Are you kidding me! I said I would be in AFTER 3pm and they said ok. I was asked countless questions about my own vehicle when I checked in which I thought was odd and finally asked why. She said for insurance purposes. So, after being told there was no car available I was told they had a truck for me. I told them I needed a sedan and I was asked to wait again. I literally waited until someone returned a car. I was then taken outside by another rep and he continued to ask me a bunch of questions about my own car. I finally said can we get on with this! He then became rude. I got the car, left and then the check engine light came on saying it needed an oil change. 3 days later the low tire pressure light came on, I filled the tire and it came back on. The tire wouldn’t stop leaking air. I finally exchanged the car at a different enterprise. All together my experience was HORRIBLE!

My experience here was amazing. Great customer service all around. They took care of my needs and were very polite and professional. Thank you enterprise!

I have rented three vehicles here over the course of 3 years because I have service done at the Ford dealership down the street. Firstly, there never seems to be enough people working here and the wait is miserable. The people wear nice clothes but they take forever to get your car out. They seriously need to review their business model and figure out how to get customers out of this office, quickly. Do not use this rental office unless you really have to. No beverages, no snacks– and a minimum of one hour wait. Nothing is ever ready in advance so don’t think your reservation will get you out of here faster.

I have to say that I’m very disappointed with the terrible service I received from this rental place and advice customers to ensure they obtain any type of specific request in writing or the rental office will disregard your needs. Over a week ago, I called them and requested a full size Ford F150 because I needed the extra room for tall passengers to ride in the back, a day before picking up the vehicle, I received a call to confirm that I would be there the next day, I told them that I would get off work at 4:30pm so I wouldn’t be there until after that time or before closing at 6pm. I arrived at 5:40pm, as I walked in, CSR Renee told me that my F150 was ready for me, i gave her all my information (credit card, driver license, etc.) and another gentleman walked me outside to hand me the keys of the truck, just to find out it was not the truck I requested, he said that the trucks they have in their lot have recalls, I believe they were Dodge Rams and did not have any Fords available, I asked him to let me speak with Renee, she basically said the same thing, however, she also told me that because I did not showed up at 4:30 they gave my truck away and there was another lady waiting for the other truck that they were going to give me so if I didn’t want it, it will be gone because they could always give it to her, a few minutes passed as I’m trying to figure out how to resolve my issue and see if they would be able to find me another truck that would satisfy my needs, she just stayed quite must of the time, so I asked to speak with the manager, he evidently had an agenda and basically just told asked if I wanted the truck or not, he also said that the Fords also had recalls, I questioned that since Renee had told me that my Ford was ready but he said that they just received the recalls that very same day, after arguing for a few minutes, I told him that I would take it, however, I would expect some type of discount for the inconvenience, without hesitating, he said «no», I got upset I told him that I would take it, immediately he accused me of using foul language when all I said was «darn truck», he said because of that, he would not rent the truck to me, as I told him, all he wanted is to rent the truck to the lady that was waiting for it, he did not even apologize for their actions and kept telling me that they never guarantee any specific vehicles even if the request is very specific. These incident caused me money and a lot of aggravation, these individual who I don’t have his name has no customer service skills never less any managerial skills, even though I rented vehicles from Enterprise before, this is the first and last I ever go to this store. Please be cautious on your request and get everything in writing, this matter could had been resolved in a more professional manner.

Had some trouble with my truck. Had it towed to a location in Norco by AAA. AAA then stated that they would give me a rental car for one day. Enterprise was the one they recommended. So, AAA calls and sets up a rental. Remember… AAA is paying for the car. AAA has me call and make the details that are needed after they made a reservation for me. I called Enterprise only to find out that they required a credit card, pay stub, utility bill, and a blood sacrifice to Satan. I am in the middle of Norco with a broken down truck. Where am I to get all of the documents needed, for AAA to pay for the rental car? The person on the phone made it very clear that she did not care, at all, about my difficulties. No documents, no car. I wonder how people who own their own businesses rent cars? Probably not from Enterprise. AAA then got me a reservation at Hertz. They picked me up, outside of their normal area, and did not ask for a blood sacrifice to Satan. Hertz from now on.

We walked in and the employees saw us walking into the office but decided to stay outside to continue chatting. We had to come out of their office to ask them for help.
Seriously if you see customers the right thing to do is to assist them. We asked them for help in finding a diff car since our AC didn’t work. They didn’t want to help us and just gave us a number to call. This company is just not helpful.

im just here to return a car… but 5 guests that came AFTER me got helped BEFORE me… two of them were also returning cars

Sad to offer to fix the situation and nothing but blown smoke to shut me up. I wont be changing my review now or renting a car from this company again.

I wish they had an option to give negative stars! If I could give any advice to potential renters, it would be to RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN! This is the worst entetprise I’ve ever done business with. I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended and needed a rental while my car was at the repair shop. I was directed through my insurance company to this office. When arriving, there was only one computer working and a long line quickly formed behind me. I told the employee I was instructed to get a $ 25-​$ 30 A day rate and she said ok as she scrambled to attempt to get another computer to work. I waited for what seemed to be forever before I was shown my rental car. I walked around with an employee to note any damage prior to leaving the lot. Right off I noticed how dirty the exterior of the car was, but I figured I wouldn’t be in it that long, so I didn’t mention it. I voiced my concern over the many door dings and scratches on the car, but the representative said they were nothing to worry about. (she didn’t even look at the areas I was mentioning, as she seemed in too much of a hurry) She handed me the keys and was about to walk away. I had to tell her I was unfamiliar with how the push start worked, and again with a hurried response, she ratteled off the instructions. I drive straight home, which took me all of 10 minutes, then started looking around at all if the controls in the car. This was when I was disgusted by the filth of the interior. There was food under the seats, dirt stains on the seats, debris on all areas of the floor, pennies in all of the ac outlets and to top it off, it looked like kids had a booger fight in the back seats with crusty stuff all over. I wiped what I could and again told myself it’s only temporary. Two weeks after being in the rental, I was speaking with my insurance adjuster and telling him the bad experience I had and he decided to call just to ensure I was given the correct rate and they had the proper information. He was told I was in the premium rate and my rate was higher than I had requested. He informed them that I will be in the following day to exchange to a different car. They became defensive and started with the excuses of how they are so busy and have no cars available. He told them I will wait 24 hours and allow them to get another car from a different location. They agreed they would call me the next day and tell me when my new rental would be available. But surprise surprise, I never received a call. Lucky for me, my car was done early and I didn’t need to worry about the exchange. When being contacted by my repair shop, they said I could leave my rental there and they would pick it up. With the bad experience thus far, I decided to call and confirm the information to be true with enterprise. They ensured me the information was correct and they would pick up the rental as soon as the repair place called to tell them it was ready. I asked that they call and let me know they had received the car and the employee agreed. I dropped the rental off around noon and still hasn’t heard from them by 6 so I decided to call. The first representative I spoke with seemed to have no clue what I was talking about and then the second thought I was the repair place. He scrambled to cover up their mistake and yet again I hear their excuse of how busy they are. He assured me they will pick it up right then. I receive a call not to soon after just to be told there was a scratch that needs to be sent out for a damage estimate and I will be contacted for my charges. I was just blown away! I went over how I told the rep there were issues all over the car, but they only stated they were different and much bigger. I went over step by step of my initial exam of the car. I even spoke with the representative I walked around with only to hear more excuses and told that I will be contacted by the repair department for my charges. I asked if I could have the information to the repair place, but she said she doesn’t know how to get ahold off them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They suggested I come to look at the damages, but I told them I had looked at the car before leaving the repair shop. Maybe if they hadn’t taken 6 hours to pick the car up, this «mysterious» scratch would not had just appeared. I’m so beyond irritated with this location and ignorant unprofessional employees. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to hear about damage that I didn’t do and fight to defend myself from this money hungry company.
Please do yourself a favor and go to any other rental office. These people are a joke and you will find yourself in a mess of issues due to unprofessional employees.

Not the best experience. I got a flat tire on their car took it to them and was ask to drive it on a flat with my son to a tire shop a few blocks down the street. Later I guess she realize how dumb that was and had one of the employees drive it. I waited their for over an hour and she said she couldn’t give me a car because she had nothing available yet when she finds out they cannot fix the tire she gives me a car. On top of that the car needed an oil change when I got it. When I finally got a new car it was definitely a big time downgrade. I am more than shirt they were not respecting my insurance amount.

Friendly staff of 1. Seriously, there was one person helping a lobby full of customers! Waited over an hour for a vehicle. Enterprise needs to step up the personnel at this location, especially when there are so many dealerships and auto-​body facilities that refer customers to.

Made a reservation and waited over 30 minutes for the car. I’ve been to many enterprise locations and when you have a reservation the car should already be good to go. That is what an appointment is for especially when it was created 2 days prior.

I rented a car because my car needed to go to the shop. While I was at the dealer a rental car agent came and picked me up. He was very nice! He introduced himself and shook my hand. He made pleasant conversation all the way to the rental store. Once there a new agent helped me who introduced herself with a hand shake. She was very pleasant as well and asked how my day was going and why my car was in the shop. Unfortunately I got a car that smells horrible and is very dirty. I gave 3 stars (would have given 3 ½) because of the car. I’m sure someone has smoked in it. It smells old and mildewy inside and is awful to be in!
