We are doing a kitchen remodel and I’m getting around to reviewing the services we’ve used. They installed the sewer connection for new kitchen piping to the main sewer pipe. Originally they wanted to dig through the bathroom because of the tricky access to this pipe. But day of they held a plumbers meeting over it and decided even though it was more physical work on their part they would not tear up the bathroom. They worked their butts off getting to this sewer connection, hauling up a lot of dirt. But it also cost us less money. Don’t often say a plumber came in less than expected. The men were friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and I would recommend them and use them again.

Called another plumber at 8:00 AM this morning to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen. Left a message but they never called back. I then called Hovey who responded immediately and was there in 30 minutes. Chris arrived installed the faucet and was very professional and kept everything clean. He did a great job. I will use Hovey in the future.

Chris from Hovey Plumbing did an outstanding and timely job of installing a tank less waterheater, laundry sink, & faucets in kitchen and bathroom. I would hire them again in a second to do any other plumbing I needed done.

I’ve been doing business with Hovey Plumbing for several years and have always been happy with their work and fair prices. We had them out today to install a new kitchen faucet because we thought the old one was broken. He told us to take the new one back to the store because it was an easy fix on the one we already have. It’s always nice to do business with people you can trust not to take advantage of you.

I’ve been a customer of Hovey Rooter Service for approximately 25 years when John (the dad) was running the business. There wasn’t anyone more honest than John who always gave great service and rates.
I’m happy to say that his sons, Eric and Chris have continued the tradition of honesty and fair prices.
Unfortunately, I had a major plumbing problem that needed immediate attention.
I went through my home warranty service and the plumber they referred me to gave me an estimate well beyond their limit.
I then called Hovey Rooter and they did all of the required work within the allowed amount. Primarily because they weren’t looking to do unnecessary work in fact Chris found and repaired three other problems which he showed me and corrected those issues for a nominal fee. Chris and Eric are professional, genuinely nice guys who do a GREAT JOB without breaking your bank. I felt comfortable having them do the work required. I need to add that they do a complete, thorough and neat job. They left my garage hot water heater compartment in better shape than it was originally.

I can’t say enough good things about Hovey Rooter. We called John our plumber for years (as did some of our extended family members), and he was great. His son Eric has taken over the business now, and he is fantastic. Eric does great work, does it quickly, is polite and affordable, and he doesn’t leave a mess!
Today, Eric fixed a problem with our hot water heater in about twenty minutes. Two years ago, it took another plumber three days to take care of the same exact issue. Every time he has done work for us, we have been very satisfied. Whenever we’ve used another plumber for one reason or another, we’ve been disappointed.
