Awful experience. Had so many problems and every time i called they gave me some BS excuse.
Scooter was assembled bad. fortunately I kind of knew my stuff so i was able to fix the basics. If not i would have been screwed.
This company didn’t care through all of their mistakes they offered nothing to fix.

I just bought a drift trike from them. Trike had a problem, they came and picked it up to fix whatever is wrong. I also have a little scooter that needs to be fixed, and they even offered to pick that up. Tom and his staff are awesome, great customer service and competitive prices. Only thing is if he tells you a day, expect two, but well worth the customer service they provide

Needed a scooter to get around. Tom @ Norco Powersports helped me out. They financed me in minutes and 100 days same as cash. This worked out perfectly. They even delivered the scooter to me for FREE as my car was in the shop. It was cheaper to buy a scooter then it was to rent a car. Now I have my car back but love driving the scooter so much I don’t use the car hardly anymore. Plus I get like 80MPG NOW!
Anyway long story short I had a great experience buying from them and will buy again. Going to get an ATV next…
