I really hate to even give them 1 Star. I signed up for a dressage clinic with a few other people. 2 of us did get into the clinic and asked that our ride times be close together… I never even received notice that I got into the clinic nor told what time I would ride. My friend was emailed her ride time and forwarded me the email with the ride times. When we saw that our times were so far apart we both emailed Michelle Hill and told her that we would not be attending the clinic. She did not reply to either of us. Magically she filled my friends time slot and then acted like she never received my emails saying that I was canceling. She did call me the day of the clinic to ask where I was. I called her back and forwarded her my emails with the date and time showing that I had communicated with her. She did call me back to explain that it wasn’t her fault and they would be keeping my money. Lesson learned… I will not ever attend anything that PepperGlen Farm hosts.

We were there for a horse show. The grounds are nice, but this place is not set up well for the type of show they were trying to put on. There is very limited guest parking. Cars have to line an already narrow path. The owner is a nightmare. She is horribly rude and yells at everyone. She screamed at my daughter and then myself when I asked her to stop yelling at my child. She yelled at just about anyone in her path. While trying to talk to her she would interrupt and get in my face. I was so disgusted and offended by her unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I wanted to pack up and leave immediately. Needless to say we will never return. Lori is not the type of person that should be hosting or running an event like this. I can’t believe she is allowed to.

I’ve been going to PGF for a few years for the schooling shows. It is a great place to start your horse in his/her new show career without breaking the bank. My only real issue with the place is that the owner is painfully rude. She could use a lesson in manners and patience.
