Crag at Stella Vape is the sweetest person. Took my mom and aunt to buy more flavors and he took VIP care of them. Nicest person ever.

If you want to come here make sure you come on a Monday to Friday because that is when Craig the store owner is there. By far the most educated guy in the vaping industry and friendly. I was new to vaping and gave me all the answers I needed as well as the best prices in any store I have every gone too. This review mainly goes out to him because you will not find another vape store with a quality owner like Craig.

Craig and Adam are Awesome!!! Went looking for a small part and they went above and beyond to help me even though the part must not exist they helped me find others and a new battery!!! Will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone.

I usually only write reviews when I have a great experience or a bad experience. Unfortunately this will be a bad one. I first came to this place about a month ago. I was greeted by several workers and my first experience was a good one. I thought that this could be a place that I would frequently come to. I found a juice that I absolutely loved. The next time I came in, it was out of stock. I came back a week later, and was told the same thing. Another week later on my third attempt, you guessed it… out of stock. It is really unfortunate when a local place cannot keep a product in stock for their customers. If it is a popular product, then they should make sure that they are in stock, and keep plenty on hand. Every time I was told they were out of stock, I ordered the product from the manufacturer, and 2 days later I had it. This will be my last time there. It is a really nice place, but there is no point of going there, if they can’t keep products in stock. Sad.

Stellas is the greatest vapour lounge in the Inland Empire, and quite possibly Southern California! I’ve never met kinder employees than those who work here. The atmosphere isn’t just filled with vape, but with the friendliness of everyone and their passion! You can’t find a better place to relax AND get everything for your vaping needs. They give you all the information you could possibly need for what your buying and what you need to know about vaping, they’re not just trying to sell you products they’re trying to help and that’s what’s so amazing about this place. This place is AWESOME. Had a problem with my vap and Craig not only diagnosed the problem but HOOKED ME UP. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This was my first time in their store but they treated me like I’ve been going there for years. They have most definitely gained a new customer.

I’ve popped in here several times now, for rebuilds and juice mainly. This is my go-​to shop now around this area. Every visit they have wonderful customer service… very willing to help, patient with me while trying out juices and every flavor they suggest is top notch, not to mention their juice inventory is more than enough and if they are out of stock, it’s because that flavor is highly popular. Every build has been great, they don’t cut corners. Clean store, lots of parking, and I like that they periodically have trial juices to try, juice specials, or new products they are experimenting with on builds. Definitely have my continued business here!

Amazing vape shop!!! I’m new to the area and the staff there couldn’t be more helpful; they got me the perfect juice that I absolutely love and is affordable. When I mentioned how my mom is trying to find a nice vape to quit smoking. They gave me an ego for free to give to her and gave me a discount on one bottle and another free bottle for her so that she didn’t have an excuse to smoke a cigarette. They also have ladies night every other wensday. Fun atmosphere defiantly coming back.

So I was in town for a few days to take care of some businesses before heading back to Texas. Imagine my surprise when I stumbled into Stella Vapors. The bar has been set in Norco, higher than ever. Craig, what can I say! Knowledgeable, courteous and killer Customer service. Not to mention I’m new to the Sub Ohm movement, and he put a build on an RBA of mine that will get attention for sure. I’m at 90 Watts and can go higher. I couldn’t be happier with my visit. Cindy was also very professional and courteous and has exceptional people skills. She made sure everyone was helped and needed nothing. So do yourselves a favor and stop by. You will not be sorry. Great selection on just about everything, especially the juice selection. I picked up 10 bottles, count em’ 10, in 2 days. Geterdone. See y’all soon guys!

I like this spot when I’m in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s nice inside and they have a lot of good juices. My only issue and why it’s 4 instead of 5 stars is that they are consistently out of juice! I tried a juice and like it, they said they’re out. Tried another, out of that too. This happened 4 times in one juice adventure. I get that big sellers go quick at times, but I wasn’t being picky and they were out of a lot. Got hooked on a juice there that only they carry in the IE area. Been trying to get another bottle and they’re always out. Called several times and they say tomorrow. Still waiting. But I will go there when I’m in the area and need juice. Just isn’t my #1 go to spot. Again, the people who work there are awesome. The dude with the Irish accent (I think) is super cool and does some great coil builds.

I personally do not Vape, but I have several friends in the area, that I have taken to this location for help. Their knowledge in Vape products and accessories is amazing.
The staff there is not about pressuring you into make a big purchase, they listen to what you are looking for and what you want. They then make several recommendation for you and allow you to decide.
When purchasing vaping equipment from they they make sure everything is in working order, and that you understand how everything works. My mother switched from cigarettes to vaping and when I took her their, they stayed with her until all her questions were answered and she knew how to use her e-​cig completely. she walked out knowing how to fill, clean and maintain her e-​cig.
They also offer the ability to sample all the liquids they offer. they have a large selection of Premium e-​liquid that are all reasonably priced. They have a selection of e-​liquid flavors and do not carry the cheap smoke shop brands.
If you are looking for a quality vapor lounge to hang out at and support, I recommend Stella over all the others the area. Nice place with great people.

First of all let me start by saying this shop, specifically Craig. made such a impression on me and my 20 yr old daughter neither one of us wanted to leave lol. it was our first time there and believe me, He set the bar extremely high and WOWED us right from the get go. I felt he really wanted us to know what they carried, how it worked, and took the time to understand our vaping needs and wants. I been a store manager in retail for 25 years and I hope I make my customers feel the way Craig made us feel today. Huge juice selections, nice assortment of goodies and arguably one of the best vape lounging vibe I have ever experienced. I could tell this was genuine because all the customers were there for a reason and were pretty cool as well, I immediately knew these guys have a good thing going and I’m glad I found this shop. I will definitely be back often and make sure all people that I know will have a reason to go there !! :)

Well, it looks like I’ve found my new favorite shop. The two guys who were working there were very friendly, and while the shop isn’t very big, they do carry a large number of e-​liquids lines.
As someone who vapes, I appreciate that they don’t have the CE4 style testers and will let you borrow a bottle to drip on your own setup. This is great, because enough get the flavor you’d get on your style of build. No other shop I’ve been to does this, and I ended up with quite a few bottles that I liked at the shop, but ended up disliking once I used them at home.
I’ll definitely be returning to sample some more flavors. Thanks again!

Was in the area and decided to come Check out this new shop that just opened. Was greeted at the door, very good customer service right off the bat. Ended up buying 2 juices which was 2 for 20. Tried a bunch of different juices from their vast variety that they carry, was impressed. I also got a rebuild by Karlo. Built me an amazing quad coil. !!! Probably the best builder I met. Deserves a tip! I know where I’m coming for my builds now. Everyone was very helpful
And nice. Overall great customer service, clean shop and good variety of different tanks and juices etc. Check out this upcoming shop! I recommend it !
