Stop by this subway for a quick bite to eat the young man that was working there had excellent customer service very friendly very prompt with his service just when I got to the checkout line he advised me that the credit card machine the server wasn’t working well so after several attempts he apologized and asked if I had cash on me or not I explained to him that I did not he had mentioned that this has happened several times already in The day. I’m just wondering all the sandwiches they made in advance for the other people that don’t have cash on them do they just throw the sandwiches out or give them away as complimentary for the inconvenience or not advising the customer prior to ordering the sandwich I’m just saying. I’m not asking for free food just advise the customers that your credit card machine is down before they go to the process of ordering up sandwiches.

The Subway on 6^th is great. Friendly workers, great sandwiches. The manager, Chelsea went out of her way to make sure the service was great! Definitely recommend!

This is one of the best subways! The service is fast, it’s clean, ingredients are always fresh, and the employees are very friendly.

A nice clean place for great reasonable priced sandwiches

This subway is brand new in my area, I went here for the Souper deal for $ 6 one night. I found out they also serve the personal pizzas, mind you this is the only subway in my area (that I know of) that sells the personal pizzas. I eat these all the time in Laughlin when I go so was happy to see they stared selling them near me. So I went in another day and got one of them, I was eating it when I found a hair (so gross). I called them immediately a girl answered and I told her the problem, she then asked me who helped me and how much of the pizza I had eaten, I told her & she said since it was almost gone she didn’t think they could do anything but she would call her manager and ask what they could do, she got off the phone with me without asking my name or anything. I waited 20 minutes and called back, the same girl answered and said her manager wanted to talk to me and she took my name & number, til this day I have not received a call from anyone. I am very disappointed in this subways customer service. I didn’t even want to give them a star but it made me in order to post this.

I went to this brand new subway one evening for a quick dinner. The ads for avocado were overwhelming; although they didn’t serve avocado. I almost walked out several times, not because of the avocado, but the service was awful. There were three workers and it took almost ten minutes to get service with one other customer in the whole shop. Finally I order, and order again… after the girl would ask me what I wanted she would turn away and talk to another employee then back to me and ask me what I wanted again. After about the third time I had no choice but to yell at her. I did not like that. I will not rerun.
