I had a great experience with this business. I called 24⁄7 Locksmith when my carryon bag were stolen with my car keys inside, leaving me stranded at the airport. My call was answered promptly and the woman clearly explained there was a service call fee. Within minutes of getting off the phone with the dispatcher the technician called me to tell me his ETA. Within minutes after that the supervisor called me to make sure the technician had called. me. The technician showed up on time and found me quickly in the parking garage. He made my keys and I paid him with a credit card. The fee was $ 195, which is a reasonable cost for emergency locksmith service and programming a new transponder key. Great service, very professional. I would recommend this business to a friend.

Worst service ever. Rude, unprofessional, and incomplete. The guy took 55 minutes to show up when he told me he would only take 20 minutes. When he got to the car, he was going to charge me 5 times the amount the service and I had agreed on. I STILL had to pay for a service charge of $ 19(which he took OUTOFMYHAND) and he just left, not caring about anything. DONOTUSETHESEPEOPLE. There are other locksmiths that care about the service they do. These people do not. 1 star because I want you to not make the same mistake I made and waste time and money.

Do not use this service. They are not locksmiths. I called at 11:45PM after locking myself out of my condo. The supposed locksmith showed up at 12:50. I was told over the phone that he we be at my condo in 15 – 20 minutes depending on traffic. I was also quoted a $ 19 service fee. This man did not have the proper tools and damaged the door frame. He could not get this simple cheap lock open and decided to use the force of his body to push the door in. The lock busted. We went into my condo and he shut the door to tell me that the charge was $ 150 for less than 5 minutes of service to bust my door down. I am a small female and he was a very tall angry man. I paid him to get him out of my condo. He then could not leave because the lock was broken and his tools were outside in the hallway. I gave him my screwdriver and he attempted to damage the wood inside the door. He left me with a damaged door frame and no lock in the door.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience using 24⁄7 Locksmith Service. While they were very punctual in coming to unlock my door, the company was very misleading in their pricing. The website advertised an unlock service for $ 20 on their website(mobile version). When I called to confirm, they individual who answered the phone confirmed this and when I asked if there were additional fees, she said«no, not unless there is a special lock.» Having a very generic door lock on my door between the house and the garage, I assumed there would be minimal other charges. At the time of service, I signed a receipt, but the handwriting was not clear, and what was $ 210 looked like $ 21. When I called to contest the hefty charge, I was told they would check into the matter. I never heard back from the company and contested it with my credit card company. Because I misplaced the receipt, I had no way of supporting my claim with the credit card company and was forced to pay the full amount. Had I know the full cost of the service, I would not have proceeded. I was very disappointed with the service provided and would advise anyone considering using the company to be wary of deceitful business practices. It is my hope that management from 24⁄7 Emergency Locksmith Service reads this review and refunds my money.
