Wouldn’t wish for my worst enemy to stumble across this store while shopping for furniture on the internet. I ordered a bed… charged it to my credit card and thought that I had gotten a great price and that my piece of furniture would be ready for me, just in time for when I moved in. Come two weeks later, I had still received no communication whatsoever from the merchant as to when my bed would be delivered. Then I moved in. My mattress was on the floor for a few more weeks and I grew tired of waiting without being able to reach anyone regarding the status of my order. I contacted the merchant many times via both email AND phone but these aholes were unreachable and refused to write back or return phone messages. Quick to take my money but then were unable to fulfill their end of the bargain. They left me with no choice but to do a chargeback on my credit card and buy something elsewhere.
In the end, I’m glad they were unresponsive… After all, everything happens for a reason. I ended up finding a way better bed at
and because they had it in stock, I received my bed in less than a week. If you are considering placing an order with Agilest Collection, don’t waste your time. Go to
and talk to Erin instead. They carry the exact same brands that are pictured on the Agliest Collections website, however, they are are not cheap knockoffs that are made in China. And you will actually be able to reach someone via phone or email if you need to. What a friggin concept!
