Horrible service. 2⁄1 arrived at 6:45pm. No one was at the counter. Called out several times. No one at the drive through station. There was a guest in the restaurant and they commented that staff was not watching the counter and took awhile for him. After about 5 minutes someone came out from the back. She was very uninterested in taking my order and only came out because she heard someone at the drive through. I tried to get her to take my order, but she did not. Another woman came out and did not ask if I was being helped, but looked like she was on a mission to do something with the safe to swap money. Finally someone came out. It is not 10 minutes of waiting. Gwenisha(from receipt) takes my order and then my money and walks off to make change. Again woman who appeared to be working as a manager came out and I asked what the issue was and she said that the other woman(Gwenisha) would have to help me. At 15 minutes the sandwich finally came up, but there were not fries. So she goes over and drops the fries while my sandwich is getting cold. The finds some fries that had been there at least 15 minutes and gathers a half full contain and tries to put that with my food and I tell her that the fries are cold. She says, you will just have to wait then. At 7:03 I ask for her manager and she tells me she is the manager. So I ask for my money back and the name of her manager at this store. She tells me she is not going to tell me her managers name and if it is that important to me, I can come back by when her manager would be around the following day. I called the following day.

I haven’t been to any places in this chain in so long that I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not. They were fast and efficient but not really that tasty. Of course, they excel at roast beef and hubby picked chicken(we split because we weren’t all that hungry). But my friend ripped off a piece of his roast beef sandwich and while the meat didn’t have much flavor the Arby’s sauce sure did. I will definitely get that next time(and hubby agrees– he forgot they are the roast beef place haha). I was really sad that their curly fries weren’t too flavorful, either. All in all I would only return here when craving roast beef and I would probably just want to get the sandwich. Liked: — Beef and Cheddar Sandwich — Orange Cream Pop Milkshake Disliked: — Chicken Bacon and Swiss — Curly Fries

The service was friendly and food was fresh. The overall appearance of the place was clean and workers were out cleaning the restroom and tables. I didn’t see any cigarette butts on the grounds so they maintain the exterior well. So why the three star review? Well they had a definite four until I got to my table and discovered I had the wrong sandwich. No that wasn’t what made me lower their score. What happened when I returned the sandwich did. The girl was apologetic and took the wrong sandwich back from me… gave me the correct sandwich and apologized again. Great so far, then she re wrapped the sandwich I returned and put it back on the line to be given to another customer. While I didn’t do anything to the sandwich, it still left the counter and I opened it… It should have been put to waste not re wrapped in my opinion. After all, once it leaves your counter you have no idea what someone may do to it or have on their hands. But maybe that is just me and others may not care.

I wonder if they’ve hired some people who used to work at the Chick-fil-a up the street. For one, they always say«my pleasure» when I thank them here. For two, their drive-thru service during lunch is what CFA down the street USEDTOBE — fast, accurate and friendly. Generally I don’t review fast food chains, but Arby’s has made it into the lunch rotation recently for some reason. And I’m guessing the great service, hot food, accuracy and consistency at this location are all part of the reason. It may also be the reason for a few extra pounds, but I try not to visit too often for that very reason.

I like the male managers in this part of town. They’re all so nice. They should teach a class on providing friendly customer service. It’s Arby’s… there’s nothing special to report, honestly. I can probably count on one hand how many times I’ve visited an Arby’s. I just never went often. I’ve ordered the standard roast beef sandwich with cheddar cheese. Not horrible. Not great. It gets rid of the hunger pangs. The mozarella stix are great; although, it’s been a while since I’ve had them. The fries are too salty from the few times I’ve gotten them. I’ve not tried their shakes or pies, so I dunno. This location is clean. Everyone is friendly, and that manager was great.

I don’t know why this drive thru is alway busy, but they move at a mid pace. Today, I ordered the small roast beef and cheddar, curly fries with a bottled water. That meal cost mroe than $ 6. Arby’s has always been on the more pricey fast food side, but the meal was fresh and hot in short order!
