1 star for the band.1star for the authenticity and their not caring who comes in for real.3 stars for the food. Ofcourse if you don’t speak spanish you might have a problem. I can order in any language. I had chili relenios which were great. I had them with cheese. Hubby had fajitas. He said only get the chicken and shrimp. The steak was tough. Home made gringos they served us chips and salsa. I will pass the next time because they are too filling. Loved the music. Come to your table. three guys, two guitars, one me all of the songs sounded the same and of course, no expression on their faces. I felt like i was in a Mexican movie. Wrestling on the flatscreens. I did tip the band because they stayed away from my table. Lots of beer drinking and drunk singing. Will definetly be back for more food and fun. Band on weekends only. BTW waitress said they are famous for their quail. Husband can’t wait for the next time. Go, try something different!

The only thing yummy about this place was the fresh chunky salsa and the unique flavor of the queso. My girlfriend and I walk in and everyone just looked at us. We were the only non-Hispanics there. It was cowboy hats galore and there were dudes playing instruments and walking around the tables. The jukebox was loud in the background and they didn’t even play along with the songs that were on. I had the nastiest tasting steak soft tacos. I wanted queso on them so she added white shredded cheese. Which brings me back to when we ordered queso for dipping our chips in and she clarified by asking«cheese dip?» My girlfriend had a burrito of some sort that was filled with a fatty grizzle that we couldn’t quite figure out. And what was up with the chirping of the nextel phone? The entire time we were there we heard this annoying chirp and conversation via walkie talkie!
