These guys are some of the most dishonest I’ve ever seen!
After purchasing the car from AutoTrader, they left the ad for the car on-​line for others to see. They use it to bait customers to come in, then switch the customer to a different vehicle because it’s not available.
The bigger complaint I have with them… they sold me a vehicle without a check engine light bulb in it. The bulb was physically missing. I went for Emission testing for my tags, and it failed. I had a mechanic look at the car, and the test results. Because the check engine light didn’t come on, it didn’t pass the test. There’s no way for the light to come on without a bulb, right?
So how did they get the car to pass emissions in the first place to get my tags?
The best part of of this story wasn’t the ticket I got for expired tags because I couldn’t pass emissions, but that the water pump on the engine blew, and there was no light to tell me there was anything wrong with the engine!
Never again will I patronize this place, and I hope no one else does either!
